This beautiful townhome is located in the serene Palisades Highlands, a community tucked away in the upper Santa Ynez Canon. There is small shopping center close by with restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, grocery, pet store and more with close access to several Topanga State Park trailheads. The Palisades Village is in the center of town with many options for dining, shopping, movie theatre and a farmers' market. This lovely townhome features dramatic high ceilings, gorgeous espresso hardwood floors, a fabulous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, granite counters, an open floor plan and mountain views.
