The name says it all!!! Come watch the sun sink in the gulf and relax with this beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 Bunk Bed Cubby, 5 full baths and 2 half baths two story home that is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a boardwalk to your private beach. This home sleeps 18 and is the perfect family get away to make sure family stays together. The home boast an open floor plan allowing for a perfect view of the gulf from almost anywhere in the home. The two master bedrooms and baths have their own private decks only accessible through the bedroom. Two other bedrooms have private baths and Gulf views. The two larger decks off the living areas allow for dolphin watching or just enjoying the Gulf breezes. The home is elevated which provides covered parking with a swing, grill, storage for beach items and a 1/2 bath conveniently located on the beach level. The interior has tiled and wood floors through out as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. 8 flat screen TV's are scattered though out the house. Let the kids hang out upstairs playing games or watching TV in their living area while the adults enjoy the downstairs living area and wet bar. The home is equipped with a washer and dyer, 2 ice makers, 3 refrigerators, high end kitchen appliances including single cup and carafe coffee makers, coffee grinder, blender, WIFI and a sound system that services the outside as well as the inside. You are also just 15-20 minutes to Outlet Stores, restaurants or the night life of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Want to bring your own boat? No problem...there are several public launch areas just down the street from Million Dollar View that provide access to the bay or the gulf. Golfer? Kiva Dunes is just around the corner providing some of the best golf on the gulf. This home has it all... including our 'pet' Blue Heron Rufus who loves to be fed bait from the local stores... AMAZING HOUSE

We absolutely loved our Spring Break at the Million Dollar view! The house was beautiful and well layed out for our group of 16. The house is probably the best rental we've had in the 7 years we've been coming down there. The house is well stocked with everything you need, 2 ice makers and 3 refrigerators were great! Location was great, out of town with a less busy beach. Beach access with the boardwalk was also awesome! Lynn was great at communicating with me every step of the way. We hope to definitely return someday!

Great Birthday in the beach house.

This was my 2nd time here in less than 2 months but it where I wanted to spend my 70th birthday. Great family and friends get together. This house has EVERYTHING you will need to have a great stay and relax. We saw dolphins every day and even got to experience a once in a life time of baby sea turtles being born and made their way to the ocean. THIS is my favorite place to spend my beach time and can not wait to rebook again. The owners even left me a vase of flowers for my birthday. Great people to deal with.

Million Dollar view for sure!!

What a wonderful week we enjoyed at your fabulous beach home. It is an absolute treasure. The views are awesome, the Blue Angel training runs were spectacular and the sunsets....well all we can say is the last night we were there was the most amazing sunset we have ever seen...and we are both in our 60"s. Everything was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It was a perfect vacation week at the beach. Thanks so much for creating such a nice and welcoming experience.

Perfect Wedding House

We held our wedding and reception at the Million Dollar View and it was absolutely perfect. The house is fantastic for entertaining with all the amenities (two dishwashers, plenty of bathrooms, amazing sound system, large open spaces). My wedding party stayed there comfortably and the outside space was extremely spacious and in great condition...ideal for the reception. All I have are good things to say. The guests were blown away and want to come back and stay with their own families. Thanks Lynn and Ron for being so gracious and helpful to us. The Smiths love the Million Dollar View!

Excellent Summer Family Vacations

We had an amazing time at the Million Dollar View. There were 16 of us total, 9 kids and 7 adults. The kids ranged from 4 to 14. There was literally something for everyone! We pretty much had the beach to ourselves most days, caught crabs in the evening, grilled out, saw dolphins in the water, explored the beaches, played in the water, roasted marshmallows over the fire pit and so much more. I'd recommend this house to any age! Any question I had about the house, Lynn promptly answered. Thanks, Lynn!

Million Dollar View is an amazing house right on the beach! I have stayed here 6 times and I can not wait to go back in a couple of months!!!!!! To say the owners are courteous and helpful is an understatement! Anytime we have had an issue (which is rare), they are just a phone call away!!!!! They maintain and update the property. The house is so clean and beautiful! There are games, toys, ice chest, umbrellas, wake-boards, and more!!!!! This is an an fantastic rental!!!!! The name says it all!!!!

Best Beachfront Rental

The views and proximity to the beach are phenomenal at Million $ View! The beds are extremely comfortable and having a master on the first floor was great for my parents. The layout of the home is extremely functional with large windows and ocean views from almost every room in the house. The high ceilings are great and make the house seem even larger. The decor and furnishings are top notch and the kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor space is amazing with a swing, lots of seating and beautiful flowers on the grounds. This home is truly special and felt so much like home! Lynn is very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing your slice of Heaven on earth with our family. One week with 18 people and plenty of elbow room!

We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and we had 4 generations under one roof. This home is spectacular and has everything you need to accommodate 18 people comfortably. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck every morning. Cooked out on the grill 3-4 nights and the kids loved the porch swing. Lynn had informed us of the turtles nest just west of the house, so we went out there every night hoping to catch a glimpse...then one evening, while we were grilling downstairs, we noticed people around the nest and sure enough, the turtles had hatched. What a beautiful experience - my 3 kids were in awe, along with the rest of our family. There are plenty of boards games and beach toys to keep the kids occupied. Lots to do and we loved it!

They thought of everything!

First of all, the views really are amazing! There are wall to wall windows with a complete 180 view of the beach. But that was just the tip of the iceberg; this was the most beautiful and well equipped house I've ever rented. They had toys and beach items for ages 2-80 years old. We had kids ages 2-12 and they were never bored for a second. One day it rained, and we spent the whole day playing under the house on the giant bench swing and using the included fire pit to make s'mores. Another thing I loved was the boardwalk to the beach. It was literally a 15 second walk and you were at the beach - so not a big deal if you had to run back to the house for any reason. We were a little hesitant to stay further out from town, but there is a pizza place and quickie mart right around the corner and the drive into town was only 15 minutes on a very pretty road. We would definitely come back to this place!

Simply Amazing!

We loved our stay at Million Dollar View! And there truly were as it's name suggests -- breathtaking views from every window. This was a perfect fit for our family of 10 as there was plenty of space and even a crib for the baby. Staying in the main bedroom downstairs we couldn't hear any of our children upstairs it was as if we were on a getaway by ourselves. Everything was beautifully decorated and it was so easy to relax here. We loved the beach and one night had a bonfire in the provided pit. The boardwalk to the beach was so nice and they have places to wash off all of that sand before entering the house again. It was foggy almost every morning so we never did see a sunrise but the sunset was amazing! While there we explored Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores State Park, walked a few trails, and ate at LuLu's. The rest of our time was spent on the beach. The owner was so nice to work with and the communication was great. This house has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. We had a hard time leaving and hope to be back again!

Look no further!!

We've been going to the Gulf for years and we all agreed that this is by far the nicest place we've every stayed!!! The difference is simple...the folks that own this place have made it so personal, convenient, and comfortable. You can tell that they stay here throughout the year as well because of all the conveniences and personal touches throughout the house. You know how the pictures are always better than the actual property when you stay somewhere? Not this place!!! The view and pictures you see online cannot capture the true beauty. It was very clean too! The house is set in such a way that you have a great deal of privacy on either side when you are enjoying the views and beach. They have a closet full of floats, boogie boards, and even an extra refrigerator and bathroom on the ground level. So many extra measures of thoughtfulness everywhere. I would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home...

Undeniably the BEST house!!

I RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE 100%!!! My family and I have been travelling to the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area for several years now and Million Dollar View by far has been the absolute BEST house we have rented - hands down! There were 14 people this time (7 adults, 7 children) and not once did we ever feel crowded or on top of each other. Unfortunately we did not have the greatest weather this time which made having the right house even more important!. Wonderful, thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and such a wonderful time. The upstairs lounge area where the kids congregated was fantastic!!! I don't even have the right words to describe all the fabulous views from all the windows/balconies. We have stayed at good houses before but what made Million Dollar View a GREAT house (aside from it's great location and overall aesthetics) was the feeling that you knew it was a well maintained, cared for property. Unlike other people who rent houses for just another property income - you can tell Lynn and Ron take pride in Million Dollar View and put forth the effort to make sure it is the best house it can be - very well done job keeping that house beautiful!!! If I can round up another group to travel with next spring Million Dollar View will definitely be my first choice in houses. Thank you for opening up your home to us - so enjoyed it!!
