Enjoy comfort, style, and plenty of space in this sunny 4BR/3BA Granite Springs retreat. Newly updated with a fully remodeled kitchen, gorgeous new hardwood floors, and plush new carpet, this 2,432 sq. ft. home is perfect for families and groups.

The open-concept main level features a stunning kitchen, inviting dining area, and bright living room. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with TV and a convenient full bath.

Upstairs, the luxurious master suite is a true escape — complete with a king bed, twin trundle, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, private deck, and a spa-like custom shower. Two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with four twins and another queen room with a TV, plus a shared full bath.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Had a great time in South Tahoe with family. The location was great and very close to Heavenly Village - a quick 5 minute drive. The house was very large and easily accommodated our family. We were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner there, too! It has pretty much all of the kitchen essentials that you could need, it was great! Great location, great house, would definitely come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a large vacation home in stateline and our third weekend in Tahoe for the ski season. It was probably in the fine print but we were disappointed that there were no toiletries for the guests. Every other vacation home we had rented in Tahoe had provided them. So we had to make a run to the grocery store for body wash/shampoo. There was also no laundry detergent. These are small things but it made the entire experience feel a bit lacking. The messages and rules posted had an attitude of general annoyance towards guests. We are usually really respectful guests and take care of vacation homes like we would our own. We didn’t feel very welcome in this one.

Regarding toiletries and laundry supplies, these items are noted in both our rental agreement and the house rules as not being provided. Many vacation homes operate differently in this regard, so we try to make this clear in advance so guests can plan accordingly. The posted house rules are required by the county and our neighborhood regulations. As a licensed vacation rental in Stateline, we’re obligated to display and communicate these rules to all guests, and they are intended to help ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone in the area. We truly appreciate guests who treat homes with care, and we’re sorry to hear that the messaging came across as unwelcoming—that is certainly not our intention. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you many great future trips to Tahoe.

The house was great for a laid back weekend. Close to heavenly also, easy to drive to or uber. The furniture could be a little cleaner but we understand that it gets used by many people.
