A large and modern apartment which is south facing. It has a bedroom with double bed and a single bed. It also contains a bathroom, large living / dining room overlooking the hills of La Parata and a very well equipped kitchen. The urbanization has a communal pool and the garden areas are very well maintained. The apartment is 350m from the beach or so and is in the area of Playa del Lance, behind the Pueblo Indalo. There are restaurants, bars and shops in the area and the closest beach is sandy.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Bad beds and mediocre cleaning/camas malas y limpieza mediocre

The apartment has good location and wonderfull facilites. However, one bed was awfull and both bed bases were old and noisy.All the bed sheets and pillows were extremly worn out. It was very striking that I have to put all used towels and bed sheets in a bag in order to avoid an extra charge but the walls and courtains were very durty. El apartamento está bien localizado y tiene estupendas instalaciones pero las camas son horribles y las almohadas y sábanas estaban muy gastadas. Tuve que retirar mis toallas y sabanas sucias para evitar un cargo extra de dinero a pesar de que paredes y cortinas estabas asquerosas.

Todo maravilloso,desde la amplitud del apartamento las instalaciones de la urbanización y la piscina( tranquila y con socorrista)pasando por lo limpio que estaba y lo bueno de tener aire acondicionado(ya que en esta zona que hace calor tanto de día como de noche es una gran ventaja) y garage (que teniendo en cuenta las cuestas también es otra ventaja).En resumen todo genial.

Lovely apartment

Very good communication with property manager. Spacious apartment, very clean, all the facilities we needed, up to date kitchen and bathroom, big enough balcony not facing pool which suited us. The pool was big and kept clean, no alcohol or smoking allowed. Apartment was a 10 min walk to beach. My only gripe is I couldn't get the TV to work with instructions provided but wasn't too bothered about it.

BUENAS VACACIONES

El complejo es fantástico, muy tranquilo, con unas instalaciones fabulosas. La piscina fenomenal, solo que había que reservar plaza, por el aforo limitado, pero nunca se llenaba de gente y se podía uno bañar tranquilamente. Mojácar es un sitio especial para veranear, llevo tiempo haciéndolo y me encanta.

Vacaciones tranquilas

Complejo de apartamentos muy bonito, tranquilo y bien cuidado, gran piscina, situado muy cerca de la zona más animada de Mojácar. El apartamento muy correcto para tres personas que no les importe compartir habitación deberían mejorar la ropa de cama y las toallas, por lo demás todo correcto hemos estado muy agusto

El apartamento está muy bien. No muy lejos de la zona de ambiente (restaurantes, bares...) en una zona tranquila. Menaje muy justo para 3. Colchones no muy cómodos. En general hemos estado muy a gusto.

Apartamento bien equipado, la urbanización muy tranquila con una buena piscina y jacuzzi, la socorrista una persona majisima. La única pega del apartamento las cortinas que entra mucha luz para dormir la siesta
