It has three spacious double bedrooms, accommodating up to six people, and two complete and refurbished bathrooms. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table, providing plenty of natural light.

The house also has a garage, where you can find the laundry area and a small shower.

All of this, is located in one of the quietest and most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Ideal for a family getaway due to its proximity to beautiful towns, markets, and beaches, or for a cycling trip, as it offers the most beautiful routes just a few kilometers from the property.
