About this property

Renovated House ONLY 100mt from the beach with WIFI and A/C and private parking

Two-storey fully air-conditioned house, only 100mts. from the nearest beach with its own private internal car parking space.
This recently restored, typical Viareggio house has a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, as well as a small American breakfast bar.
The lounge and dining area have a modern and clean look complete with a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The living room area also features a large sofa-bed and TV.
The ground floor is complete with a day toilet where you will also find a washing machine, ironing board.
Marble stairs lead you upstairs to the bedrooms: the master double bedroom, one twin room and one single room. Each bedroom has its own individual A/C. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The whole house has been decorated with simple but modern elements.
There is a small outside area complete with a table and chairs and umbrella.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Es war ein super und wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Familie perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und direkt vor der Türe ist eine super Eisdiele. Für mich gibt es nur einen minus Punkt, weil die Ferienwohnung nicht frisch renoviert ist, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Man sieht der Wohnung an, dass diese viel genützt wird. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört, den der Rest hat alles super gepasst. Und die Gastgeberin eine super nette Frau. 😉 IMMER WIEDER GERNE!!
