Villa Elide is a delightful detached villa situated in the hills near Casciana Terme with wonderful views of rolling Tuscan hills for miles around. One at the rear of the villa through the kitchen on the lower floor, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a round dining table and chairs a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a cozy living area with settee (which if necessary can be opened up into a double bed), a rustic brick fireplace and a staircase (11 steps) leading to the middle floor. Patio doors open straight out on to a very large pergola patio furnished with delightful living and dining garden furniture.
The other which is the main entrance, going up three steps leads to the middle floor, where as you enter there is a homely sitting area with armchairs, settee and satellite TV, on the left separated by a charming brick archway is a bright fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a delightful fireplace. Straight after the kitchen there is a spacious double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with shower, opposite there are two other bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Going down a step patio doors open out onto a covered terrace with basket style round coffee table and chairs.
 10 steps lead up to a delightful master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. This bright and spacious bedroom boasts a lovely fireplace making it all the more homely and cozy, especially in winter time.

Villa Elide is surrounded by its enormous and beautifully kept garden with lawns. A fabulous pergola patio fully equipped with a comfortable sitting area in basket style furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the essence of the countryside whilst sipping an aperitif and an adjacent dining area with a charming wooden table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. The charming stone built barbecue is perfect for roasting the local meat and the wood-fired oven for baking pizzas.
