NEW OWNERS, NEWLY RENOVATED Kitchen, main floors and beds (2023)
NEW CLEANERS!, and they are onsite if there is anything that needs attention.
SENIORS WELCOME!

Seconds from the beach! Park your car and walk everywhere, no need to drive! Located across the street from Pickles Pub and PIZZA! Walk two blocks and your on the boardwalk at the beach. Walk one block the other direction and your at the bay ready to fish.

Condo has a large living room with a sectional sofa with pull out bed and a recliner for ample seating to watch TV. Small bathroom off of living room with shower.
