Cozy 2 bedroom first floor unit in the downtown area for a family or group of 8. Located 1 block from the bay and 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. Steps away from the pool and sunsets!

Beautiful front porch with glider and outdoor seating. Bistro table to enjoy the fresh early morning and evening air.

Each room has a smart TV with xfinity including HBO to allow everyone to stream/watch their favorite shows.

My family and I visit OC every year Labor Day weekend for my birthday. This year was one of our favorites and this was one of our favorite locations to stay. Even though things got quiet after Labor Day, we decided to stay an extra night and Mike and Michele were extremely responsive and accommodating. Great place to bring the dog and be away from the noise while still being walking distance to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!

Our visit was great! Property is very clean and comfortable, location is awesome, and the pool was so relaxing. Had one small hiccup with the linens being delivered a bit late, but Mike was already fixing it before I realized there was even a problem! Communication was excellent. Boardwalk, beach, restaurants - only a short walk to everything. Really nice park with pickleball courts right across the street. Great trip, would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The unit is right next to the pool and if you play pickleball or tennis, you can’t beat the location with park around the corner. This is our second time staying here and plan to come back.

We get this apartment every year! Its a perfect location, walking distance to the boardwalk, the bay, the park..and a few minutes to everything else. We take our dog too..its a very pet friendly area!Its peaceful...it has everything you need, from everything in the kitchen to linens.Communication is great! And whenever I have had a question, they answer within minutes. I look forward to coming every year, and hate leaving.

Mike was very easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to make me feel easy about renting since we never used Vrbo before. He was an excellent host, and I hope he feels like we left without leaving a mess or causing any damage.

What a great location in Ocean City! Walkable to so much stuff including the beach, boardwalk, free fishing pier, and parks. Mike was incredibly helpful and responsive when an issue unrelated to the property arose. One thing I'd mention is that throughout the month of June the town is filled with high schoolers celebrating "Senior Week" so if you're coming with a family during this time be ready for lots of rowdy, loud, intoxicated kids running around :)

The place is nice and beautiful inside and out.The room was nice and clean Mike was always in contact and very helpful with everything. Location is great you would never know you are up in the action but walk up 2 blocks right up to the boards. Another thing I have to say is the linens package was more than worth it was nice towels and sheets not some cheap stuff like alot of places.

I take umbrage with your comments. My wife and I take pride in owning our beach house. We put countless hours and weekends in the off season to ensure it is up to date and any damages are addressed. We also look to make improvements every year. This year (2024) alone we replaced all the mattresses and box springs, microwave, refrigerator, stove/range, and added a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We actually met you in person on Saturday 8/3/24 while we were there making sure the condo was still in nice condition and no damages. At that time, and as communicated in VRBO app, we said if you have any questions or concerns to reach out and we would assist. You already had my number since you called the day before your arrival to arrange a parking pass. To find a review like this is disheartening and a personal attack. I don’t know what our unit is lacking that didn’t meet your expectations, but the pictures are not altered in any way. I’d love the opportunity to speak with you about your comments of β€œlow class” to gain an understanding of what that has to do with our unit. Mike
