Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom Florida villa at The Manor at West Haven, a small gated community of just 57 homes near Champions Gate. With your own private pool and spa, games room, two master suites and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, it's a comfortable home from home for families and groups visiting Central Florida.

The villa sleeps up to 9 guests and is personally owner-managed. Whether you're spending your days at the theme parks, playing golf or simply enjoying some time around the pool, you'll have plenty of space to relax when you return.

A FLORIDA HOME WE LOVE

Owning a Florida villa had always been a dream of ours, and in 2016 that dream became reality. From the moment we first walked through the door, we knew we'd found somewhere special.

Since then, we've continued to maintain and improve the villa as our own Florida home, and we're delighted to share it with our guests.

LIVING SPACE

The villa is single-storey throughout, with two separate living areas providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

The main family room has comfortable reclining leather seating and a large Smart TV with cable channels and streaming apps available using your own accounts.

A second sitting area provides a quieter place to relax, read or chat – particularly useful when different generations are holidaying together.

Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for anything from breakfast before the parks to a family meal at home.

Facilities include a large American-style fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, electric hob, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, electric griddle, blender/smoothie maker and a wide range of cookware and utensils.

There are two dining areas – a casual breakfast area close to the kitchen and a separate dining area for enjoying meals together.

A separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board – particularly useful for longer stays.

GAMES ROOM

Our Gators-themed games room is a great place for some family competition away from the parks.

You'll find a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and foosball, together with a large TV, high table and bar stools.

A small selection of family games is also provided.

FOUR BEDROOMS – SLEEPING UP TO 9

The villa has four bedrooms, including two private master suites, making it particularly suitable for larger families or two families travelling together.

MASTER SUITE 1
The spacious main master suite has a US king-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet and direct access to the pool deck. Its private en-suite has a separate bathtub, large walk-in shower, twin vanity basins and WC.

MASTER SUITE 2
The second master suite has a US queen-size bed, Smart TV and its own private full en-suite with separate bathtub, shower cubicle, vanity basin and WC.

BEDROOM 3
A flexible family bedroom with a double bed and single bunk above, TV and built-in closet.

BEDROOM 4
A bright twin bedroom with two single beds, TV and built-in closet.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom, which has a bathtub with shower over, vanity basin and WC.

There is also a separate WC on the lanai, particularly convenient when using the pool and outdoor areas.

Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided.

YOUR PRIVATE POOL & SPA

One of our favourite parts of the villa is the private screened pool and spa.

The pool area enjoys excellent privacy, with fencing behind the pool enclosure and mature planting providing screening to the sides.

There's plenty of deck space for enjoying the Florida sunshine, together with sun loungers and comfortable seating.

A removable safety fence can be positioned around the pool for families with younger children.

Pool heating is available at additional cost and can be arranged for your stay.

COVERED LANAI & OUTDOOR LIVING

The extended covered lanai provides a welcome shaded area overlooking the pool and is ideal for breakfast outside, an evening meal or simply sitting with a drink after a busy day at the parks.

Outdoor dining and comfortable seating are provided, together with lighting for enjoying the area after dark.

The lawned area beside the villa provides additional outdoor space, while mature planting around the pool enclosure contributes to the privacy of the pool area.

COMFORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY

The indoor living areas are centrally air-conditioned, with heating also available for those occasional cooler Florida evenings.

Patio doors are fitted with a safety switch that turns off the air conditioning when they are left open.

The games room is not air-conditioned, although fans are provided for additional comfort.

FAMILIES

Families are very welcome.

A cot, high chair and changing mat can be provided by prior arrangement, so please let us know before your stay if these are required.

The removable pool safety fence provides an additional barrier between the lanai and pool for families travelling with younger children.

GOLF & TENNIS

Golfers are particularly well located, with the Champions Gate golf courses close by and numerous other Central Florida courses within easy driving distance.

Guests also have access to the communal tennis court at The Manor at West Haven, and tennis rackets and balls are provided at the villa.

LOCATION

The Manor at West Haven provides a peaceful base while keeping you within easy reach of the area's major attractions.

Walt Disney World, Champions Gate, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping are all easily accessible, while the nearby road network provides convenient access to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and the wider Central Florida area.

Rather than being part of a large resort, The Manor at West Haven is a small gated residential community, making the villa a relaxing place to return to after a busy day.

PERSONALLY OWNER-MANAGED

The villa is personally owner-managed, and we take pride in maintaining and continually improving our Florida home.

We want guests to enjoy the freedom and space of having their own Florida home – whether that's breakfast by the pool before heading to Disney, an afternoon relaxing in the sunshine, a family tournament in the games room or a quiet evening on the lanai.
