About this property

Great Pet Friendly Home for your Disney World Visit

Located 3.8 miles from the main gate to Walt Disney World, Minnie Heaven is a four bedroom, three bath home with a full kitchen and private pool with a hot tub. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Flat-screen TVs are located in the family room, two master bedrooms and the other two bedrooms. In addition to high definition local programming, each of the TVs is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming through your Netflix, Hulu, Sling or other subscription account. A Sling subscription is available for your use at this home. There is plenty of free streaming content available through Crackle, Pluto, Tubi and dozens of other apps available on Amazon Fire TV as well.

A full kitchen is available for dining-in. The kitchen comes equipped with Keurig and drip coffee makers, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, mixer and a crock pot. A roll of paper towels, dish soap, scrubbing sponge and two kitchen garbage bags are provided. There is also a gas barbecue grill available by the pool at no additional charge.

A new high efficiency washer and dryer were installed at Minnie Heaven in December 2018.

The bathrooms are furnished with towel, wash cloths and hand towels. An initial roll of toilet paper is provided for each bathroom. There are also pool towels available for lounging by the pool.

The private swimming pool at this home has an attached hot tub. Hot tub heating is included in the base rate, and pool heating is available at an additional charge including applicable taxes.

Had an excellent stay with my husband and 3 young boys! They of course spent their time enjoying the pool and roller blading around the park across the street. Lou was very responsive to any questions I had as well. The house layout is perfect for a large family with plenty of bathrooms and beds! I thoroughly enjoyed the open floor plan with 3 busy young boys.

Great House, nice neighborhood close to Disney

The property was nice, the neighborhood was nice and very quiet and close to everything. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was great after long days at the parks. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked, making it easy to eat a few meals in. The layout of the house was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would stay again.

Great Location

This house was in a quite neighborhood with a playground across the street, but it was close to Disney World. There was also a Walmart close by. The owner was wonderful and very responsive to any questions. I would stay here again.

My wife and I had a great stay, Neighborhood is safe and we loved the park across the street and walking the 2 ponds nearby. The bedding and beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. Any normal problems we had, the owner responded right away. Highly recommend.

The property is in a great location close to everything and in a very nice quiet area. The house had everything we needed and more. We did have a pool issue but Lou was extremely responsive and had it addressed as quick as possible. He was in constant communication with us and was very accommodating for the entire stay. Travel Sports Family? Pin This One!

Family-friendly neighborhood, spacious house, proximity to shopping, availability of every perk we have at our own home made this house a winner for us. We look forward to sharing minor recommendations with the VERY responsive owner, but overall, our large family (with pet) enjoyed a clean home away from home. It’s clear the owner takes pride in his listing. Without question we will be using Mr. Lou’s property again.

We started off with a few hiccups( what vacation doesn't). But they were quickly Iremedied. They owner responded very quickly when we had an issue. The house was super clean and well stocked with common emennitties and up to date bedroom furniture. I will diffenantly be looking to stay here again in the future.

Location great for Disney

The location is great for Disney. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Small park across the road and quiet streets made it nice for walking the dogs. Beds were very comfortable. Linens and towels of good quality. Kitchen is well stocked and with good appliances Lou was very attentive and supplied us Hulu to watch the NFL ( we were there for most of Jan) The hot tub/ spa did not work for our entire stay, Lou heated the pool for our last 2 weeks at no cost to us. We did not use the pool though. Would have enjoyed the hot tub though. Must say all the windows are extremely dirty. The pool area also not well kept up, wet plastic pool toys were just dumped on a chaise lounge from last renters, pool itself cleaned weekly. Before any renters arrive all items should be checked to make sure they are all in good working order.

Great location and place

House was great, a lot of space and clean. The beds were decently comfortable. Pool was great and hot tub heated up to a nice hot temperature. Would note that there was very limited supplies for soap, washing machine, toilet paper, etc but easy enough to pick up. Overall it's a great house that is close to Disney and Universal, would recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay!

Everything was great for our stay. We were able to bring our dog and everyone in our party loved the stay. It was convenient for us, walmart was about 5 minutes away, Disney wasn't too far either about 10 minutes. The community is quiet too! Definitely will rent this place again if we can make it back down to Florida!

The home was exactly as advertised. The interior was very comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic and very hot, which was good after playing golf everyday. Though Maria and I are no longer married, we remain friends. Maria might be your flight attendant on Southwest Airlines. Vanessa, our eldest, works for the Faquier County Sheriff's Department in Virginia. Victoria, 2 of 4, now lives in Orlando after an active duty stint in Air Force at Andrews AFB, MD and is a yoga trainer. Jennifer, next in line, is active duty at the Pentagon after graduating from the Air Force Academy in Colorado. Our youngest, Emy, is married to a Navy sailor and is stationed in Washington State.
