Beachfront Condo with spectacular Views! Steps to #1 Siesta Key Beach!
What an amazing view you’ll have from the private lanai of this lovely beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This unit sleeps 6, with a king-sized bed in the master and two full beds in the second bedroom. Access the dining room via the pass-through window that connects to the fully stocked kitchen.
The comfortably appointed living area has a large TV – and Wi-Fi, cable and HBO are included – and opens onto the lanai. There are TVs in each bedroom as well.
Like all of the units in the Sea Shell Condominiums, unit 302 is just steps from Siesta Key Beach, world-famous for its cool, powdery white sands. And if that’s not enough convenience, right across the street are tons of restaurants, bars, and shops – including ice cream, coffee, mini donuts, and much more!
Sea Shell is a gated complex with 49 units with many conveniences for our valued guests. That includes both gas and charcoal grill, an assigned, covered parking spot for each unit, laundry facilities on each floor, and a large, heated pool. We also provide beach towels, beach loungers, and beach chairs.
Our rental office is on-premises for easy check-in and check-out, and to assist you with visitor information and other needs. We have after-hours check-in available for those who have late travel plans.
