The property is called Twin Pond and is a magnificent compound on 2.5 acres on Old Montauk Highway. This studio has a full kitchen with with panoramic views of the ocean with (1) Queen Size Bed. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and it' near some of the best restaurants.. It's modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small family (small dogs considered). Bring your Pack&Play. There is outdoor dining for 4 and a weber gas grill. This property is located high on a hill just across the street from the ocean.
Cleaning fee is $175 cash on check in. The dog fee is $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.
