Oceanview Studio 6, Twin Pond walk to Town/Beach Pass

Bring your Surf or Paddle Boards!!!! and walk down your semi-private path (shared with only 4 homes) to one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Montauk. Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! but Beach passes are included to explore other Town beaches both ocean and bay as permitted. The property is called Twin Pond and is a magnificent compound on 2.5 acres on Old Montauk Highway. This studio has a full kitchen with with panoramic views of the ocean with (1) Queen Size Bed. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and it' near some of the best restaurants.. It's modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small family (small dogs considered). Bring your Pack&Play. There is outdoor dining for 4 and a weber gas grill. This property is located high on a hill just across the street from the ocean.

Cleaning fee is $175 cash on check in. The dog fee is $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

If you’re looking for a great escape, this rental is perfect. A short walk down a private path, and you’re on Montauk’s beautiful ocean beach. Amazing sea views are right from your deck. It was tranquil, private and just all around perfect!

Awesome Space and Perfect Location

This was our second stay here. It is a great space with spectacular views. Ocean views with an occasional whale or dolphin sighting! Jeanne is a fantastic host who is super responsive. Walking distance to town and the beach is literally just across the street. Love this little treasure!

My 22 year old son and I had a wonderful stay. Close to town, closer to the beach, simple and clean. Table and umbrella outside the front door so I could work and gaze at the sea.

Gorgeous, peaceful and well kept

Can’t say enough good things about the property and Jeanne. I needed a couple relaxing days and that’s exactly what I got, overlooking the ocean no less! Very short walk to a beach entrance, and easy to get to the grocery store + downtown. Jeanne is very accommodating and helpful. Will no doubt be back.

We decided kind of last minute to head out to Montauk for the long weekend . What a pleasure it was ! We stayed in the studio ( which had a kitchen ) and plenty of room overall . The unit also has a deck w/ barbecue which was great . The view of the ocean from top of the property is amazing ! The grounds are perfectly manicured and our overall experience was exceptional ! Best kept secret in Montauk

Perfect location. Comfortable studio with great views. All the amenities are there. Great to sit on porch for breakfast and watch the kid play on the big lawn.

Amazing Montauk Hideaway

Just set back off Old Montauk Highway is this hidden gem offering incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to the beach and to town and the manager couldn't be more lovely. Offering tips for dinner, lunch and activities and checking on us to make sure everything was as expected. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Montauk getaway

So peaceful and fun!
