The host Fillipo was fantastic. His love for his city is infectious, he is obviously very proud of his city and his property. He is very helpful and responsive, even organizing our taxis at the end of our stay. The accommodation was charming and beautifully decorated without being cramped. We used the balconies every evening. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet inside (except for the night we got to enjoy live music from the piazza from the comfort of the front balcony). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great and well stocked. The walk to the old town can be a bit long, but use that time to wander and discover the many shops along the way.The cafe across the piazza was fabulous and the grocery store nearby was amazingly convenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment with great host. Met us at check in and answered all our questions gave great info on how to get to best sites and where to eat. Bedrooms air conditioned and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Lovely dining room . Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host met us upon arrival, explained everything and provided excellent suggestions for what to see and do. He even arranged our taxi upon departure! Perfect in every way.

Wonderful location. Very clean and convenient to everything in the city. Filippo is a great host! He goes above and beyond communicating the area attractions and local culture. I would highly recommend this place for families. We hope to return one day!

First family trip to Florence, six of us stayed very comfortably in this property. Location was within walking distance to everything we had planned. Filippo, the host was the most amazing host we have ever encountered. He made us all feel very welcomed to his property and city. Filippo had many suggestions to make our vacation amazing. Wonderful host

The host was so amazing! He helped us navigate the city and made sure we were all comfortable! It was a beautiful place to stay with very comfortable beds. The major sites were all really close, we walked to most places.

Our host was great at sharing lots of activities and links of things to do and places to see around the city! He helped to book us taxis the day of our departure, which was so wonderful. We had a great meal at a small restaurant nearby the night before we left. It is a bit of a walk to get into the city, but the balcony make it worth our while to stay outside the hustle and bustle!

This vrbo was really nice and exactly like the pictures, there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. The host shared plenty of information, the check in process was a little long but easy to do. Overall definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment was perfect for our family tripto Florence. Filippo was so easy to communicate with from the initial booking to check out. Vacation In Florence

VRBO location was fantastic. Filippo was a wonderful host and most helpful. The apartment was clean and roomy with all the amenities necessary for our family's comfort. Easy walk to local restaurants, but not too close to tourist destinations. When in Florence again we would definitely stay here.

Great Stay

Residenza Otlrarno is very spacious and well-appointed. We had no problems walking to restaurants, cafes, and the historic center. Uber also was available. Fillipo was extremely helpful! Grazie!

Magnificent Florence

What a gem! I can't recommend this property enough. Filippo is amazin resource for all your travel needs. There is a cafe, supermarket, restaurants and bus stops just steps from the front door. The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bravissimo!!!

We had the privilege of staying a week in Frienze region, in Florence. Location was perfect! Excellent access to roads, grocery, cafe, busses, and restaurants. Had a wonderful time all four of us. Very relaxing and great kitchen! Was like a home away from home.
