Beautiful Place!!

Amazing place! No complaints! Our flight landed early, so we were there around noon. We got checked into our room by 2! Amazing location. Staff was super friendly. A TON of amenities. Beach service (chairs & umbrella) provided, tennis , pickleball, sauna and gym. Will definitely return!

The only thing we didn’t like was having to wash our towels. They had linen exchange only on Tuesday and Friday but we stayed a week so we needed fresh towels before those days. I didn’t like that I had to do laundry on vacation. Other than that I highly recommend. We also couldn’t get the wifi to work. Our favorite part was the complimentary beach service(umbrella and 2 chairs). Very convenient.

The ceiling had black stuff in living room. In the bedroom there was a feminine hygiene liner stuck to dresser. Had to have maintenance come and fix mounding around sliding door that was pulled loose. The furniture could develop updated. Looks nice in pictures but stained and worn. I would recommend staying here but not in this unit. I brought friends with me and told them how wonderful this place was and was embarrassed by the unit.

It was clean and neat just could use some updates with the furniture, flooring and especially the beds.Overall we would definitely stay here again, but would choose a different condo

I would think that would be part of the daily charges. I was not happy with that.

Last Minute Miracle Condo!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I decided at the very last minute to travel to the Destin area and did not secure this condo until 2 days before arrival. Wow! Did we luck out! Everything was perfect! The condo was super clean, had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The large balcony with the taller, bar- style chairs was our favorite spot. The 2nd floor balcony is directly overlooking the pool, tennis courts, beach in the background was our beautiful backdrop! Grounds are really well-kept as are the amenities such as tennis courts and shuffleboard courts.Loved the updated kitchen— so bright and fresh and well accommodated! If we could offer any suggestions at all, replace some of the older wood furniture in the living room with brighter pieces, like the newer, white entertainment center. Also, a little mold in the bathroom, specifically on caulking around tub. Front desk staff so great and helpful! My husband is high risk for COVID and when we told them that they gave us several baggies of disinfectant wipes, bottle of hand sanitizer and bottle of disinfectant spray! Really sweet group of folks. Also maintenance, who came up to help us with tv remotes and operating the components was super helpful and kind. We plan to come back in the fall! Thank you for sharing your vacation home! We loved it!

The no smoking policy is awful and VERY inconvenient. There is NO reason that you shouldn't be able to smoke outside on the balcony and/or at the beach. We had more than one of our group that were delayed check in on time at 4pm but not given that extra time back at check out. We have had a large group that goes every year at the same time renting multiple rooms and the new rules for smoking, the tags for the umbrellas, the late check in are making us question whether or not to keep returning after almost 30 years.
