About this property

Need to get away from the cold weather at home? Or working remotely and need a change of scenery? Reserve a 30-day minimum stay in our condo inside the community of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Single-level condo located directly on the South golf course, hole #5 tee box. Sitting on a quiet corner of the complex, it is no doubt you will find serenity here! The community pool is just steps away from the back patio, with a beautiful spa to allow you to relax even more! We love to take the four-seater golf course around the community with the kids and watch the sunset over the course!

We love our Rancho Relaxo Getaway and its proximity to everything, including Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Street Fair at the College of the Desert, and The River Mall with a movie theater and so many popular restaurants! We have three kids and love to bring along guests to enjoy a desert getaway. Our guests get a private suite to themselves and we enjoy the family suite complete with three bunks for the kids...that's right! Our king suite sleeps five and we call it our Family Suite! Now Grandma or the Nanny can take the other bedroom and we can go out to dinner!

Perfect location for working virtually and the full-size desk looks out towards the fairway!

Comfortable stay along the golf course

We spent the month of March at this condo just off the 5th tee at RLP. Our kids came for a week with their 2-yr old and a 4 month old - the bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom came in handy for the toddler. Might be a bit tight with older kids as there's no closet or dresser. Terrific owner communication, she was so helpful with our various questions. While the decor is tired - like many of the rentals at RLP - beds and furniture were comfy, kitchen was fairly well equipped & we had bikes and a golf cart! Very appreciative this unit was available as these places go fast and often are limited to 2 & 3-month rentals.

March get away

It was as described. Great tee box view, close to pool, Comfy beds, lots of supplies! I suggest updating the coffee pot, it worked but was not great!

Fabulous place to stay! Sitting on the patio watching people drive on the 5th hole

So happy we discovered this gem to relax in for a month. The location is awesome with restaurants & shopping close by, gated community, loved the pool & hot tub & a spacious home. Thank you!

Great condo that sits right on the tee box. Condo is clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend. Owners very responsive.

Not so great

Condo pictures look nice but furniture is dated. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Couch had old stains and is dark brown corduroy and who knows what may have been spilt on them. HVAC filter filthy. Husband replaced it as well as cleaning the vacumn which was full and the beater bar was full of thread from the awful shag area rug. There were only 5 dinner forks and knives, I asked for more, was told I would get them but never did. Very poor communication with the owners about any other issues, Would never stay here again or any other place owned by these owners.

What makes this property unique

Unique, quiet corner in the back near one of the community pools. We can watch the golfers tee off right from the back patio. The patio faces the tee box with views of the green. Ideal location as we are not alongside the fairway and do not have or need net screens from golf balls. We also do not have to walk far for the pool as it is just outside the patio making it extra convenient for trips back and forth for food, bathroom, and sunscreen!
