Located in Menton Garavan, we offer you a very spacious and bright apartment which is immaculately presented with new furnitures and tastefully decorated.

The two-bedroom apartment is located in a strategic position, close to all kind of services (train station, chemist’s, newsagent, supermarket, medical office, post office) and main attractions. For instance just after a ten minutes walk above the building along Boulevard de Garavan you will find yourself in a wonderful ancient Olive Park overlooking the sea.

The flat is at the first floor of a luxurious, peaceful and safe building with elevator (built in 2005) which is surrounded by elegant and well-groomed gardens with palm trees and exotic plants. There is a modern infinity swimming-pool available with a sunbathing deck around it.

The apartment, which also has its own private garden, is comprised of two double bedrooms both en suite, one with bath tub and the other one with shower. There is a third guest bathroom in the middle of the apartment. The kitchen is separated from the living room and is fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large living room with two sofa-beds (one normal double size and one French double bed), satellite tv, dining table. On the outside terrace there is another table with comfortable chairs. You will also find DVD player, radio and CD/USB player. We provide all bed linen, towels and beach towels. ( 1 set of bed linens for 2 people per week and 1 set of towels per person per week).

Free parking is available about 100 meters away from the building.
At an additional cost of € 10,00 per day (including the day of arrival) there is the availability of a garage in the building.
