This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom standalone villa with Power Generator provides casual island comforts for a family of four. It’s the perfect place to come back to and relax after a fun day of snorkeling in the blue waters of St. John’s pristine beaches. A few steps down the hill you can also enjoy a fresh water splash in the common area pool. It’s a place where you can prepare a homemade BBQ in the gas grill while enjoying the sunset, or head down to Cruz Bay and enjoy an outstanding meal from one of the many delicious restaurants.

Luis and Lexi are both Caribbean natives, Luis, an architect, was born in Cuba , while Lexi, a jewelry designer, was raised in nearly Puerto Rico. We were captivated by St. John and it's magnificent beaches from the first time we visited. We hope our guests enjoy St. John as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Back in 2000, we visited St. John for the first time and we fell in love with this magical island. We came back to visit each and every year since, sometimes up to seven times per year, because we just couldn't get enough of St. John.
During one of these visits we stayed in Sunset Vista and feel in love with its amazing views and location
In 2007 we purchased our first unit in this intimate condominium complex (Villas on the Upper Deck) of only 11 units, and have thoroughly enjoyed it over the years with our family and friends.
In 2014, we are excited to have purchased Sunset Vista also located in the Villas on the Upper Deck, with magical views, island trade-winds and convenient central location.

What makes this property unique

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom standalone hilltop villa is the perfect place to come back to after a fun day at St. John's pristine beaches. The open island style floor plan and high ceilings give it a warm comfortable feel. It's front porch overlooking the Caribbean's blue waters is the perfect place from where to relax watching a glorious sunset and/or prepare a juicy meal in the BBQ.
Sunset Vista's hilltop location is removed from the beaten path, but also centrally located near all the conveniences you'll need to have an amazing time on this magical island of St. John.
