Pondview-Sunday-Friday Rentals spacious beach home with great water views

Relax in this spacious, immaculate home with gorgeous field stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, sun room and spectacular water views. In the morning enjoy your coffee on the upper deck with views of Ninigret Pond and Block Island or read your favorite book with the sunshine streaming into the sun room. Spend your day sunbathing or reading on the enormous 1800 sq ft first floor deck and enjoy dinner with spectacular views in the dining room with seating for 10. After dinner retire to the upper third floor deck for happy hour to watch the sunset or entertain on the adjoining loft with wet bar, bar fridge, and views of Block Island.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath which adjoins the loft and third floor deck.
One private first floor bedroom has 1 double bed. The other first floor bedroom has 2 double beds and is perfect for kids with a TV for little ones to have some down time at the end of a beach day.
Other amenities include a large outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, outdoor grill, wine fridge, Blue Ray DVD player, basketball court, and internet access.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no student rentals.
PER LOCAL CUSTOM - GUESTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS.
Blankets, pillows, mattress pads and comforters are provided by us.
We do not rent to unrelated parties under twenty five. The basement is off limits and not part of the rental agreement.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Just book it. This property had a spectacular view. The deck all around the front of the property was awesome. Love the rocking chairs.. Great location. Host was super easy to work with when we had a question.. Thank you for a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Our host, Tara, was very responsive and attentive to all the details. The house is well equipped and offers gorgeous views, along with plenty of peace and relaxation. Family friendly as well! The location is a perfect jumping off point for exploring nearby beaches, attractions and larger cities. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with stunning views

Beach decorated house with spacious outdoor deck. Stunning view of the bay. Close to the beach. House was fully furnished, beds were comfy. Felt like we were home. Tara was great host. Thanks for gigantic Jenga on the porch :) had so much fun playing it. We have enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back.

Tara was a great host, she made the process smooth for us and was very helpful. The deck is absolutely beautiful. Beach is walking distance. We went in June so the fans were enough to keep us cool and having the doors open that face the water was very nice as well. We would for sure stay here again because we were pleased with our stay!

Fantastic house for a fantastic vacation

We both agreed that this home absolutely MADE this vacation! Beautiful beach very close, beautiful view over the "pond" (actually an inlet from the ocean) and a beautifully decorated beach house. What more could we ask! It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Location is great - easy day trips to see the local tourist locations like Newport, Watch Hill, and lots of great restaurants around. This was one of our very best vacations!
