Come enjoy this adorable private community waterfront beach house located on Point Judith Pond, perfect for families and friends vacationing together. Relax on the deck with a spectacular view, and stunning sunrises. Home is located close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, Block Island Ferry and the center of town! You can swim, kayak and clam directly in your backyard! Be sure to bring your bikes and go back in time and enjoy the great dirt road trails directly from your house!

This property has 4 bedrooms (all queen beds), Plus kids loft (2 twins beds), 2.5 baths, office, kitchen, dinning room, family room, shared dock, small community private beach and plenty of parking (4 large cars comfortably). Equipped with AC, WiFi, TV, gas grill, ping pong table, foos ball table, 2 single person kayaks, washer, dryer, dish washer,+ microwave, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishes, blankets, pillows, iron & ironing board.

-All bed linens/sheets are designer and not from rental company.
-All mattresses are new and high quality.

Another amazing stay!

My extended family stayed at the Ella Jane for a second time. It is a perfect location for the 10 of us to be comfortable, relax, unwind, disconnect, and spend quality time together. Each of us has a comfortable place to sleep. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cookware and the table can accommodate us all for meals and games. The two kayaks were in constant use. This year was extra special as my daughter’s boyfriend chose this special place to propose to her! We are already looking forward to our return next year.

Our third time staying at the Ella Jane!

For the past three summers my extended family has spent a week together in this beautiful home. We all have our private space for sleeping but it is the communal space for which we keep returning. The family room, deck, kitchen, and large dining table have proven to be wonderful spaces for our family to unplug, reconnect, and enjoy each other’s company! The dock and the view are both amazing bonuses to this experience.

Perfect Covid retreat

Being on Point Judith Pond allowed us to have a beach vacation without the crowds. We brought or own food in order to avoid restaurants and the well- appointed kitchen made our cooking easy and fun. Rented paddle boards and kayaks.

The “Ella Jane” is an amazing home.

The “Ella Jane” was a perfect location for our group of ten. Every summer since our children were born my family has vacationed with our dear friends, our “family by choice”. All of our children are now adults but, they all look forward to our week together and wouldn’t miss it for anything. We thought COVID had thrown a monkey wrench into our summer plans when the owner of a home we rented in MA cancelled our reservation. We were so fortunate to discover that this beautiful home in South Kingston was available for the week we wanted. Perfect is not a strong enough word to describe the home or the host family. The home had comfortable beds for everyone and plenty of room in the common areas where we could all gather without being cramped. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for cooking for a large group. The large dining room table fit us all comfortably. It was a special place for us to gather to dine and play games. The deck overlooking the bay is amazing. It was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine. We all enjoyed swimming from the dock and playing lawn games in the yard. Jennifer, our host, couldn’t have been more accommodating. When tropical storm Isaias knocked out power for two days, Jennifer checked in with us frequently to make sure we were doing alright. With a generator, wonderfully kind neighbors, and a host that took good care of us, we were just fine without electricity. Our week in this beautiful home quaranteaming with our family, is exactly what we needed. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Great family vacation home with all the comforts of home!

My family just returned from a wonderful week at this perfect vacation home. The views are amazing and we spent most days on the little beach steps from the home; digging for clams, searching for sea glass, and jumping off the dock! With two toddlers, it was especially nice to let my littlest one take a nap and I still got to enjoy the beach and beautiful views from the deck with the rest of my family :) It was the best stocked VRBO house I’ve ever rented by far and having the second refrigerator was especially handy since we cooked all our meals at home every night. Jennifer was very helpful with any questions I had. We hope to return to your lovely home again!

Relaxing in RI

We had a fantastic time at this house! The views are stunning, house was very comfortable and it’s tight in the water. The kids had a blast looking for sea glass on the rocky beach, jumping off the end of the long dock, and rolling down the grassy hill. Beds were comfortable and it was close to everything! Lots of restaurants and hiking around there too. The whole community is very friendly! We’d go back again for sure! And Jennifer was very responsive to questions and generous with our arrival and departure time. Overall, wonderful experience.

Lovely Stay!

This was the best week our family has ever had vacationing in RI! The house was perfect for our family as it included something for everyone! From fishing, to kayaking, scenic runs, to relaxing on the deck watching the gorgeous sunrises we all left feeling we had enjoyed the week. Also, the house is very well stocked and clean. The owners always got back to us quickly when we had a question and all of the neighbors, both residents and other renters were all welcoming and friendly. I can’t wait to come back next year!

We had an amazing stay! Perfect location for families - on the water and has a great beach for the littles. Beautiful sunrises over the pond and the view will never tire. Short drive to bigger beaches and great restaurants. Also close to the block island ferry! As a bonus the kitchen was extremely well equipped too.

A True Gem!

This was our first time renting through VRBO and we couldn't have been happier. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The owners truly thought about everything that a renter might want to have or need, which made everything that much easier. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation swimming in the water, jumping off the docks, and kayaking in the salt pond. The location was key. Idyllic New England Seaside location

This home is wonderfully decorated and stocked with quality from the linens to the cutlery. It's well maintained, neat & clean. Very spacious with a spectacular view.
