Great condo!

We have rented dunescape condos for many years as our extended family vacations here every year. Jenny’s a great host and her condo is well furnished and well kept. We appreciate all the little extras that make our stay so comfortable and fun!

Wonderful location for a beach vacation. First floor condo was very spacious and very-well stocked with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would love to rent again in the near future!

Beautiful Beach Views!

We loved our stay! The convenience to the beach and pool unmatched! We spent so much time walking on the beach, our girls loved the tide pools, and the actual pool! The condo has everything you need for the week and helped us make lasting memories! I highly recommend Jenny’s place!!

Great location with all the necessities!

It was great to check in and check out without having to deal with waiting in line at a rental agency. Jennie provides great instructions as to what to do to check in and check out. The unit was very well stocked. It was spacious and clean. Great location with easy access to beach. Parking was great as well. Would stay again without a doubt!

2 Weeks at Dunescape Villa's

Exactly as described---easy access to beach--and fantastic views!! As noted cell reception is best in front bedroom or out on balcony. Even though on 1st floor--outside area very comfortable and having elevator to move groceries up was a godsend!! Being in Atlantic Beach, close to Morehead, shopping, etc. Really enjoyed our stay

Perfect Location

Very clean, and everything as described in listing. Fantastic beach and easy access to beach boardwalk. Best building for parking at Dunescape. Close to grocery store and causeway activities, so you can avoid the heaviest traffic. We hope to book the same unit for next year, once I have vacation dates approved.

Vacation Paradise

Property was outstanding. 4 of us plus a 14 mon. old. Plenty of room and beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Close to anything you would need for a weeks vacation. Plenty of great restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. Grocery store within a mile. Would highly recommend this villa for a nice peaceful week vacation.

Terrific ocean view

Pro's: Fabulous view and quick access to the beach, saw dolphins almost every day. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, enough closet/dresser space. Convenient to Morehead City and Beaufort. Con's: Living spaces are small, bathrooms are small, balconies are small (4 chairs on main balcony, one chair on master balcony), small kitchen; overall would not be enough room for 6 adults.

A wonderful stay!

We have spent many vacations on the outer banks and this one did not disappoint. The condo was clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and comfortable. However, it does need some upkeep. The master bedroom toilet ran intermittently and several cockroaches were spotted. My advice to the owner would be to get a better property manager.

Host was very easy to work with. Beach access and views were fabulous. The weather was not good for pool use but walking on the beach and enjoying the beach was great. Beach views, sunrises, and sunsets were great from the condo. I personally would prefer that beds were made before we arrived. The decor in the condo is very nice. Personally, I felt the floors in the condo needed a little more cleaning. However overall the condo was well maintained and the furniture and beds were comfortable.

Evacuation...

The weather was not very good related to the impending hurricane. The pool was locked on Tuesday as a precaution...the homeowner had no control over... Jenny kept us updated on evacuation and unfortunately we had to leave after 4 days...She responds quickly and efficiently. Unit is nice, clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. Our second time staying in unit

Pretty nice but needs cleaning.

It was fine , needs a thorough deep cleaning. It was surface clean only. The coffee maker was especially dirty. I had to really scrub before using. Some of the dishes had some residue, maybe they had not been used over the winter. The showers, bottom of doorways and windows need thorough cleaning. The beds were comfortable and dining area and den area were nice. Great view and short walk to the lovely beach.

We had a fantastic family vacation! The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped all the things we needed. Our favorite part was being right on the ocean and being able to sit outside together and walk right on the beach! We definitely recommend ya’ll to come and stay here. Great family condo!
