We bought our lovely house from a relative. It has been a lifelong goal to live in a house that had a view of the water when we retired. Our neighborhood is safe with friendly neighbors. It is a great place to walk and take your dog along for the company.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the view of Seattle and the beautiful Puget Sound. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. People know their neighbors and help them out when needed. It is a great place to walk your dog or just hang out on the deck with an adult beverage sitting by the fire while taking in the view of Washington State ferries passing by as the sun casts it's glow like diamonds on the Emerald City skyline.
