NOTICE: We only rent 6 nights or more UNLESS we have a gap less than 7 days between bookings. We do not do one night rentals. Please click the calendar button above to check. We rent to families only, no "groups". Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Please do not request a booking unless you meet all the above requirments.

What makes a Disney vacation home perfect? Location, Location, Location... Would you rather look at someone's backyard, pool cage, or even worse a brick wall? Here, you can watch your childern fish for Large Mouth Bass, feeding the ducks, or just enjoy the sunsets!

This is our ONLY vacation home, the pictures are of the home you will be staying in, not just a general average of homes being rented by a management company. Our home is NON-SMOKING, but smoking is allowed in the covered pool deck area. And sorry, No Pets are allowed. If you are not vacationing here... odds are we are!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property i cant say enough great things about this home it was exceptionally clean has all the amenities you could possibly need very comfortable beds and the home is cozy and inviting. We had the most amazing stay at this home! The backyard was beautiful — the pool is sparkling clean and the view of the lake is just breathtaking. We spent so much time lounging by the pool, swimming, and watching the fish jump out of the pond, to seeing an alligator soaking up the sun across the lake— it felt like our own private resort. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, which made it super convenient.The house itself was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.We found a hidden gem called Green Meadows petting farm, which was a short drive from the house! The kids absolutely loved being up and close with the animals and feeding them! Highly recommend going and supporting this small business!This home was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Florida getaway!

We loved our stay here

This was a rare time where the property was actually nicer than the photos can show. It was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we could possibly need. The neighborhood was in a great location near Disney. The heated pool felt great in Late April! The sunset over the lake is beautiful .I really couldn't have got a more perfect spot. When we come back to the area we will stay here again.

Nice location close to all dest

The house overall was nice, comfy beds and we were able to make use of the private pool after a long day of park hopping. The location is within 30 min of most destinations which was great. Owner made the check in very easy. Thanks

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment! Everything was clean and well kept from the rooms, bathrooms, and pool. The neighborhood was quiet and we especially enjoyed the pool overlooking the beautiful lake and watching the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This is an awesome place to stay in Kissimmee. Wildlife abounds, small gators, turtles ,eagles, cranes and bass fishing for fun. Well kept property.

Wonderful clean and serene property

We had a great trip here, the house was very clean with everything we could want. The laundry machines were so convenient, the pool was warm and the Lanai was so serene with many visits from the birds! The beds were extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

We live in florida and love all the outdoor activites that go with Florida living, we love boating, fishing, diving, sharktoothing, landscaping, swimming and entertaining. When our house isn't rented, we love to sneak up to play like kids on the rides, catch a concert, watch a parade, see some fireworks and enjoy some wonderful dining.

Why they chose this property

We live two hours away and love all the excitement that Orlando has to offer. We enjoy theme parks, nightlife and shopping but much preferred to stay in the comfort of a private home rather than staying at a noisy crowded hotel.

What makes this property unique

Our home is conveniently located to everything Orlando has to offer but is is off the main road which gives you the privacy and safety associated with a home. The property is centrally located on a real lake so you aren't looking into someone elses vacation property. We love seeing the local wildlife and beautiful sunsets out of our back door.
