New, Modern, bright and cozy studio/bedroom with full bath and tiny kitchenette in the lower level of a family house. Private entrance and patio with seating area. Parking available for One car.
This home is conveniently located near the Airport, Old San Juan. Walking distance to the main shopping center of Puerto Rico, Plaza Las Americas.
You will have access to very good local restaurants, cafes, parks and movie theaters at walking distance from our place.
Perfect for the budget traveler who wants to explore Puerto Rico and just want a clean and safe place to recharge battery for the next day.
Main streets and highway are easily accessible and the area is served by public transportation.
WiFi connection available.
If you need suggestion for ideas on what to visit, please let us know. We can help specially with experimental art gallery and cool artsy activities.
