Tim does an absolutely amazing job early every morning ensuring the property is beautiful. We wouldn’t normally use a community bbq but early the first morning there he was clean the bbq. He maintains the property better than we have ever seen! Our room was lovely view was amazing, it was clean, had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We walked the beach every morning and evening the beach is incredible. Also walked around John’s pass really good coffee at Llama Java’s. Lots of Pelicans nearby

The condo is right on the beach, an easy walk to John's Pass. Plenty to do without going far at all. We put 76 miles on our rental car for the whole week. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful view and nice beach area. The sunsets from the condo were gorgeous! Could watch the dolphins swimming around playing in the surf. Easy 25 minute walk to John's Pass which has numerous restaurant and shopping choices.
