Cute and Cozy by the Beach, Perfect for a Beach Getaway!

A Comfortable, cozy and clean home, located a short distance from the beach. This cottage is adjacent to a public pathway that leads directly to the beach, a short 2 minute walk gets you to the sugary white sands and warm emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a large expansive wrap around deck. It is tastefully furnished and decorated in a relaxed beachy style, and accommodates 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom is equipped with a California king bed and has a tempur pedic memory foam mattress for comfortable, and restful sleep, There is a 32" flat screen TV in the room and has a private bath. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and another bedroom with twin bunk beds and a daybed with trundle. The great room area is bright with lots of natural light. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open and work well for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything one would need to prepare most any meal. The dining room and eat-in kitchen seats a total of 10. The wrap around deck is perfect for taking in Pensacola beach life, equipped with a gas grill , conversational seating, lounge chairs and a couple of rocking chairs. This home is ideal for a couple of families traveling with children or multiple generations of the same family. Come experience all that Pensacola Beach has to offer, while staying in a home that will feel like your "Home away from Home".

Very clean and loved the location.

The property was just as the pictures appeared and very clean. It was only a short walk to Pensacola Beach and there were even beach chairs at the house available for us to use. This house was only a few minutes drive from shopping and restaurants.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Exactly as Pictured – A Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the home was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and well-maintained.There was plenty of space for our group, both indoors and out. The large decks were perfect for relaxing, and there was lots of parking available, which made things super convenient. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus—just a short walk away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.If you're traveling with younger kids or older family members, we’d highly recommend renting a golf cart (there are several local options available). It’s a great way to get around and makes beach access even easier.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We really, really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside vacation!

Awesome Labor Day Weekend

The house was lovely, breezy, and beachy. Location is great for fun in the Gulf or on the Sound. Hated to leave but WILL be back and would love to stay here again.

Everything was just perfect! There’s a walkway directly next to the house that brings you to the beach…like a 3 min walk. Linda, the owner was pleasant to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The owner is a great communicator and the home was immaculate. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Beds were are very comfortable, great water pressure in showers, wraparound porch with grill, and the interior is very nicely decorated. We wish we were there right now!

We had a wonderful time and the house was absolutely beautiful! Linda was great with communication and made our stay very comfortable. It’s location was perfect! Just steps to the beach and plenty to do just down the road with great food and nightlife. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Perfect home away from home

This home was clean and comfortable, just as described. There was plenty of space for all of us- 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the beach gear - sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels. It was a quick walk to the quiet beautiful beach. The wrap around porch was my favorite feature, and grilling out with family will be a lasting memory. The owner is responsive and keeps the property well maintained. Highly recommend!

Loved it! We were so impressed!

This house was great for our stay. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk on a beach access immediately adjacent to the house down to the gorgeous beach. There was nice furniture on the balcony that we also enjoyed. The inside of the house was in excellent condition and its decor was literally like it came out of a coastal magazine, super charming. We were so impressed and excited to have booked it! As a bonus, it was also great value. I would definitely book this house again when we return to Pensacola Beach. Highly recommend it!
