Communication with Danko was excellent and the house itself was in agreat location with views to die for. Bed rooms were basic but comfortable. The terrace was well equipped with great views over the bay.We hope to come back to Montenegro and we would certainly stay here again.

The property on Boka Bay was a delight. Easy to walk to every thing along the bay side promenade.Danko was very responsive during our nearly month long stay, and was able to allow us to extend one day when our original flight out was cancelled due to delay.Highly recommended.

Great spot right at the beach. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Host was very responsive and accommodating. You can walk around the waterfront to get into old town.

Perfect location. Amazing seaview from the large terrace.Right next to a very nice beach. You just have to walk 20 steps down and you're are on the promenade and on a beautiful beach with clear water, On the beach you have possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas and enjoy great foods and drinks beeing served from the beach restaurant. The apartment was very big, cosy and had all amenities you will ever need.Great communication with Danko who was available whenne needed. His neighbour Zoran was also very helpfull to us finding a parking spot. Parking was very busy on the street when we were in the apartment.Wa absolutely recommend this place and had a wonderfull time there.Thanks Danko

Beautiful apartment with great view over the Adriatic and local landscape. Our host (Danko) was very helpful and responsive.Great place to relax and listen to the sound of the waves and the monastery bells.We went in October and there was very little open but that suited us fine as we wanted a peaceful week.It's a 25 minutes walk to Herceg-Novi where there are more bars/restaurants open.

Beautiful week

We spent a little extra to get a place right on the water - and it was totally worth it. With the mild weather we could leave the patio doors open and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves even when we weren't on the patio - which we mostly were. If you vacation like us, not 100% on-the-go running around, you'll be glad to have Danko and Dasha's place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day.

Beautiful Balcony Sea Views

The patio is incredible! Kitchen is well equipped. Home is gated and comfortable, with just a quick walk down to the water. Many restaurants a 8-15 minute walk away. Only thing that could have made the stay a bit nicer would have been some higher quality linens and the shower doors have a small gap that may need fixed.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, ein paar Treppenstufen runter und man ist direkt an der Promenade. Jetzt aber zum aber: zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz. Die Mieter des Hauses hatten uns mit dem Abschleppdienst gedroht. Einen Parkplatz in der Hauptsaison dort zu finden ist fast unmöglich.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, qui est superbe et dispose d’une terrasse particulièrement appréciable. La plage située juste en contrebas du logement est très agréable et offre, par endroits, un cadre calme et reposant, à l’écart de l’agitation de la station.L’appartement est très bien équipé et nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Le propriétaire s’est également montré disponible et réactif face à nos différentes demandes, ce qui a été très appréciable.Le seul point négatif concerne le stationnement. Celui-ci semble être une source de tensions dans la rue. Nous avons eu plusieurs échanges avec le voisinage, l’endroit où nous devions garer notre véhicule étant apparemment gênant pour certains riverains. Il faut donc être vigilant sur ce point lors du séjour.Malgré cela, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié le logement, sa terrasse et la proximité immédiate de la plage.

Danko ist besser ausgestattet als unsere eigene Küche. Seine Ferienwohnung ist eher wir ein schönes Ferienhaus.Wir würden sofort einziehen. Danko war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. (Das Finden der Ferienwohnung und der Parkplatz waren allerdings schwierig... Aber das war es wert.)

Tolle Wohnung mit einer sensationellen Dachterrasse. Der Check-in-Vorgang verlief problemlos und Danko war immer schnell erreichbar. Die Lage direkt am Meer und etwas abseits des größten Trubels ist einfach perfekt. Die Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuß dennoch in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten.

Es ist einfach perfekt gewesen! Die Küche ist komplett ausgerichtet. Wie Zuhause, oder sogar mehr. Zum Beispiel Cocktail-Shaker.Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet von Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang sonnige so wie schattige Ecken. Bis zum Strand sind nur "30 Stufen ". Die Liegen am Strand sind etwas teur, 12 für einen Tag, muss man aber nicht mieten. Die Terrasse am Haus ist perfekt für sonnen geeignet.Es ist sehr ruhig da. Kein Movengesang, keine hali-gali am Abend.

Schöne Wohnung

Es war schön, aber sehr heiß. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit ein paar kleinen Reparatur wäre noch besser. Leider keine deutsche Sender ins TV. (nur Arte und pro7) Parkplätze sind sehr knapp. Sonst alles prima!

Traumlage und großartiger Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist groß und umfänglich ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Grill und einem großartigen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kotor ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Schlüsselübergabe war höchst unkompliziert. Das Parken in der sehr ruhigen Anliegerstraße ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber einfach super. Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Meer und Strand direkt vor der Tür und auch das wunderschöne Kloster Savina ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Great find and wonderful holiday

We have just returned from our stay at this apartment and had a really wonderful time. The apartment is well located and exactly as described. It met all our needs and it was great to be able to bbq on the balcony and enjoy the great view. Will definitely use again . All contact with Danko was quickly answered and he was very helpful.
