Enjoy your vacation on the quiet north end of Tybee Island. Bay View Villa 107 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, located on the 1st-floor, with a private balcony where you have a glimpse of the Bay, just over the protected dunes. Guests will enjoy amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the semi-private beach. The open living and dining area looks out to the balcony and is comfortably furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV/DVD. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and includes a dishwasher and a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat-screen TV, an adjoining primary bath with double vanity sinks and a whirlpool tub/shower, access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with a King. Both baths have been updated with new vanities and fixtures.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area - 1 assigned, and 1 unassigned. No pets. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.

Please Note: Ocean view from this unit may be partially obstructed by the beautiful, natural dunes that are protected by the U.S. Department of Natural Resources.

Great Beach Condo

The Condo was beautiful inside. The view was blocked a little by the growth on the sand dunes. Overall it was a great place. This the is 2nd time we stayed in the same unit.

First Time in Tybee

We loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of four. We were on the first floor so.the view of the beach was blocked by the dunes but that didn't matter as we were steps from.the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Very great place! We will definitely be coming to Tybee again. The only negative were the trees covering the balcony of the ocean view. The pictures of the property showed this. All the other floors showed the oceans view perfectly. Just wished the first floor did also. Nothing against the individual room, it was perfect!

Great Location

We recently just stayed at this location in Tybee for 4 nights. The location is located in the northen end along the Savannah River Beach which is very tranquel if you have young kids). The main complaint with the unit is that it felt a bit run down and wasnt cleaned the best in between uses. If we were staying in Tybee again we would stay in the same complex but probably not in this unit. bit run down

Property was clean but it looks ‘tired’. You can hear every footstep in the condo above. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was awful. The condo kitchen was nice. The primary bedroom mattress was great. The primary bedroom bathroom was odd, they made an effort to remodel but the bathtub is old and very dated.

Good location, not very clean

The location was good in terms of being in close vicinity to most things. The property itself is gated which is nice. T, and it does seem to be committed to respect for silence. The beach just behind the property leaves a little much to be desired. The apartment/condo was not very clean. The decor was cute but you could tell furniture was old/outdated, although in grand scheme of things not that important. We had two days with poor weather and so left inside--TVs did not function properly. Recommend maybe leaving some board games as a back up in those situations. The washer/dryer while convenient were old and rickety. The washer made very loud noises and shook violently the times we used it. The floors were very dirty. There were large clumps of hair everywhere and the table was visibly soiled with food or something, which did not make me feel very good about the cleanliness of the rest of the place, especially during the pandemic when sanitization is of utmost importance. If check out is at 10am and check in is at 4pm that leaves a lot of time that a cleaning crew could provide a very deep cleaning and this wasn't even surface cleaned.

Rogers Honeymoon

We decided to come on our Honeymoon and I don't think we could of picked a better place to stay. We saw dolphins almost every day we were just by sitting on our deck. The sunset was amazing every night and the condo was def. above our expectations. We will be back for sure!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bay View Villas! The furniture was very comfortable, mattresses heavenly! Everything was perfect! I loved the decor and we all really enjoyed the privacy of the balcony, but oh what a view!! We were dissappointed that the table and chairs are missing from the balcony though. I chose to stay here because of the balcony seating. All in all though it was a wonderful place to enjoy our favorite beach!

Great location on Tybee. North side of Tybee island is very quiet and much much more private than the south side pier area. We got to watch many ships come and go from the port in Savannah which my kids loved. Had a lot of fun during our stay on Tybee as well as Savannah. Experience working with TVR towards scheduling and check out was simple hassle free. Their mobile app is pretty nice and has some good suggestions on things to do. They make it super easy. The property itself is very nice but could be improved on a couple of notes. The beds in the bedrooms were pretty comfortable. However, neither of our bedrooms had shades or curtains. We found ourselves watching the sun rise each morning from the double doors in the master bedroom. Which is cool once or twice until you stay up late a few nights in a row and realize sleeping in is not an option. The spare bedroom which our kids stayed in had shades but was not enough to shield from the outside hallway lights which were very bright. It was so bri
