Private guest house on its own two acres. We offer discounted monthly rates.
We are ready for your stay. 1050 sq ft guest house. Large bedroom with walk in closet, full kitchen, dinning area, large living room and large laundry. Private setting surrounded by desert vegetation. Mountain and sunset views off the covered patios. Very private but close to the amenities in Oro Valley. Many of the areas finest Golf courses are with in few miles along with Catalina State Park.Sustainable construction features include Solar hot water system, radiant floor heat, concrete floors, ICF wall construction, Pella Windows. New this year - We continue to make improvements in our sustainability. We have expanded our PV production and are now producing our annual electric usage for the guest house and main house.

We have been in Tucson since the early 60's, Raised our family here. We moved on to the property to get out of the city and enjoy the open spaces, but still close for all the amenities that the community has to offer. We look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you.
