Our remodeled, comfortable, spacious (about 1000 square foot), beautifully furnished Condo is perfectly located on Main street in Frisco at the base of Mount Royal.

The master bedroom has wonderful Log furniture with a queen bed, TV and is attached to a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen futon bed, a queen Murphy bed, a private full bathroom, TV, DVD player and its own Kitchenette including a refrigerator!
With fresh paint, maple hardwood flooring and beautiful newly remodeled bathrooms, brand new kitchen and appliances including a convection oven it feels like a brand-new place!!
From the balcony and the master bedroom you have gorgeous views of Mount Royal with the bike path right in front of you. Within easy walking distance are lots of restaurants and shopping, a few minutes driving will get you to world class skiing. (Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin, Loveland).

But best of all - the FREE shuttle bus stops right in front of the building and takes you anywhere you want to go in Summit County.

Great location and fun town

My friends and I visited for a group ski trip and absolutely loved the apartment. It's located in close proximity to a number of major ski mountains and is within walking distance of the free bus stop. We also enjoyed a number of great restaurants and bars within a short drive to downtown Frisco. The community sauna was also a nice touch. Paul was very responsive to all questions as well. Awesome place to get away and I look forward to coming back for the next ski trip

Wonderful condo with good space and size beds. Parking underneath the buildings is so easy. Silly, but we really appreciated the black out shades in the room to help our kiddos stay sleeping. Paul is wonderful and easy to work with!

The 2 bedrooms each with a bath was a great plus. The condo is very well stocked. Appreciate having a garage as well. I am unable to ski but my son who is in the military skiied all but one day we were there and his girlfriend joined us for part of the time.

This was a beautiful condominium, nicely furnished with lots of comforts. A very nice facility that did not feel as sterile as many rental units. A lot of thoughtful extras and nice touches. Frisco is a very nice town, close to a lot with not much going on in town itself in the summer. Great if you want a quiet relaxing place to stay. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo!

The condo was recently remodeled and it shows! Everything worked out perfect for us. Paul was very responsive to questions. Parking was underneath the building so the snow didn't get the vehicle messy. Copper Mountain was only a few miles down the road, easy! We are planning on coming back to the area and will stay here if available.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the Frisco/Copper Mountain area and this one is fantastic! Excellent communication with the owner and very easy check-in. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and are beautiful! Everything was super clean and literally stocked with anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are perfect, with enough room for our 2 teenagers to share a room and still enough room for them to spread out and relax. The fireplace is perfect for warming up the ski boots! The location is great, within walking distance to Main St and the Summit Stage bus stop is directly in front of the building. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice, well stocked and comfortable condo on Frisco Main Street

The condo has a good location and was well stocked for our stay. We did have problems with the electronic door lock and tried to contact someone to help us enter the property, left a message but never received a call back. Eventually we figured out how to use this particular lock properly. The instructions were not completely accurate. Better instructions would be helpful for those who do not have experience with many different electronic door locks. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

The unit itself was well equipped. Unfortunately, not only can you hear I70 from the deck, but you can also hear the neighbors going to the bathroom, talking and walking around the unit on top of this one. The fireplace is actually a real fire hazard. We could not keep it on for fear the couch would melt because it's positioned so close. Since we were visiting from out of state and had two feet of snow while we were there, it would've been nice to have the fireplace on. We would not stay at this unit again.

Our condo is on the second floor of a three story condo complex, so some occasional naturally occurring sounds from the surrounding units may be heard as is typical for ANY condo in ANY condo complex. Particularly during the very busy spring break season with lots of tourists it is almost impossible to not hear your neighbors on occasion. I-70 is close, so yes, sitting on the deck you will hear some noise. We have invested into high quality Anderson windows and have found with all windows and doors closed it is impossible to hear ANY highway noise for a person with normal hearing. In over 11 years using our condo as our own vacation home and renting it out to let other people enjoy our private home we have NEVER had a problem or complaint regarding the fireplace: it is definitely not a fire hazard at all. It is plenty far away from the LEATHER COUCH as one can easily see on the pictures. Leather does not melt...Remember you are renting a two bedroom/ two bath condo, so there is only so much space in ~1000 square feet. And yes, we are in the heart of it all, close to restaurants, hiking, biking, skiing, the shuttle buses to ski resorts, the highway etc, so unlike a remote single family house it comes with the surroundings and an excellent price! Good luck with your condo search in the future!

Had a excellent stay. The condo is very spacious and the shuttle stop across the street is very convenient. The "beds" in the second non-master room are quite firm. Owner is quick to respond to customer inquiries.

We really like the location of this property both in summer and winter. The shuttle to Copper mountain in front of the building, the bike path in the back and Frisco's main street with all its restaurants and shops is just great. Close to everything but yet away from it all!
