This quite little home is located just across the river from Cocoa Beach. Located in a up scale neighborhood it is a little treasure.
With it s waterfalls trickling to the tropical setting you have officially escaped the cold north depression as you relax on your own little patio.
Everything you could ask for is all with in 10 minutes away.
Bonus! Great biking, paddle boarding and more surrounds you.
This is just coming on market so we hope its a blessing that you will be able to stay!
