Beautiful roomy condo, quiet, clean and good amenities. Great location for visits to Kennedy Space Center or Cocoa Beach. Communications with host were great. Loved Dolphins restaurant, on site - and we actually saw dolphins in the channel! Highly recommend.

Our condo was wonderful! Exactly what you see in the pictures. Our host was there whenever we had a question and the condo was spotless! They pool was great and the cute little restaurant next door had great food and drinks. The location was perfect for us- 15 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to baseball fields, and 50 minutes to Disney!!

This was a great property for our family. It’s close to the main roads but secluded enough that it was quick and quaint. The open floor plan on the first floor was nice and comfortable. The couches were comfortable, big tv, spacious kitchen area, and a nice sized dining table. Nice little patio with view of the marina and the pool was clean and well kept. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and the master has its own bathroom. Plenty of towels and supplies, washer/dryer were in good condition, and every room has a ceiling fan. WiFi was a little spotty at times but not a huge issue unless you plan to have zoom meetings. Our host Amanda was responsive and accommodating with any questions we had during our staff but certainly not overbearing as some hosts can be. All in all this was a nice, comfortable and cozy spot. Very central for the Space Coast but far enough away from Melbourne to feel like it was a beach house. We would gladly stay here again during our next visit to the central Florida east coast.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location-at the marina, next to the Tiki Bar Dolphins and close proximity to the beach. The townhome was clean and spacious. The grill is a little inconvenient to use as it is placed between two other units on a patch of grass. There are no tables or shade in that area so grilling wasn’t really an option for our family which was disappointing. The clubhouse area was nice. We loved walking steps over to the Tiki Bar: Dolphins for a cold drink and live music

The condo was very clean and in a great location. Basic utensils and paper products furnished. The only issue we had was the slow internet. This affected working on-line and watching live tv. There is a good restaurant within walking distance. Loved seeing dolphins and manatee from the dock. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is so well maintained. The staff were readily available when we needed them. They even greeted us on arrival with a gift! We were checked on throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. The place was set up for families which is a big plus with two boys. It is also absolutely beautiful! The pool was always clean and we even able to receive deliveries if needed at the club house. This was a five star resort with family prices. I highly recommend to everyone!!
