A small and charming newly built flat for a small family of up to 4 people in the Villaggio juquehy condominium. It has a suite for up to 4 people with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bunk bed (04 people). It has a living room / kitchen equipped with a sofa (sofa bed) dining table with four chairs and a sky TV.
We are in a great area, located 250 meters from the juquehy center and 400 meters from the beach. We have beach chair and parasol available.
access to the beach by the exit n 03. (Juquehy Mall is located at Exit No. 02). Garage for up to two vehicles. Pets are not allowed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
