About this property

Family-friendly home, in a lovely area/community. 5 min walk to Popular Fergusson park & the water, good for walking/biking, boating or kayaking/swimming. 2 min walk to the local dairy & takeaways. Other walks & parks nearby.

Would suit a family. Fully furnished lived in home. Full site fully fenced section. There's plenty of room outside for kids to run around, along with slide, monkey bars, netball hoop.
The house is a standard, but with character, comfortable 4 brm home. It has good sized living areas, with a semi-enclosed back deck, or sit in the front in the sun to relax, watch the kids, or have a bbq.
Master bedroom, king size bed in here, & big opening doors to the front deck & spa. 1 of the bedrooms, with double bed in it, you have to walk through to get to the master bedroom & has no door to shut off the noise (although you cant see in from 1 room to the other). The other 2 rooms 1 has 2 single beds the other has a single bed with trundler. The single bed with trundler has a weight limit of 75kgs.
There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge if need be.
Plenty of parking space for boat & cars including garage space for 1 car.

Has new Trampoline 2021 Christmas present, only has a 100kg weight limit, so please just 2 smaller children or 1 at a time.

Would suit a family, not for those who want to party. House is in a lovely close network of neighbors so want a family/group that is respectful of the home & the neighbours.

Great place, great owner and communicator. Two thumps up from our whole family

We had a great time at your place. It being your actual home had us a bit nervous at the beginning but it all went smoothly. We felt very welcomed and the kids love all the toys, the yard and the Christmas presents thank you! Overall great my only suggestion is to get unlimited wifi available for your guests. Thanks for a great holiday!

Great family home with all the things you need to relax and enjoy Tauranga and surrounds.

Nice family home. Great spa, two outdoor relaxing areas in a quiet area of Tauranga. Close to beaches, shops and quick access to Tauranga’s city centre.

Lots of Charm!

Kelly was super nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the deck and garden as well as the hot tub. There was some fun on the trampoline too! The home needs better Wifi, better shower, garbage can in the bathroom, and more of a functional stove/kitchen. If a family is staying 3 days these things are important. We were able to wash our laundry there, so that was great. Thank you Kelly!
