Fun houseboat. Walk to Boston attractions WIFI

Experience Boston from the unique perspective of your own floating home! Nestled in a protected marina in Boston Harbor, our houseboat is fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home!
The boat is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter. The covered front deck has a table and chairs and the sundeck above has outdoor seating. Free Wi-Fi is included in your rental. We are located in the Charlestown Marina. Please note the loft space listed as second bedroom is best suited for children ( although I have had adults sleep up there) because you can not stand up in the space due to a low ceiling.

Accessible via water taxi, car, or taxi. Walk to the USS Constitution, Bunker Hill , TD Garden and the North End. MBTA water shuttle is a short walk. UBER readily available. Parking is available but must be reserved ahead or spaces can be full.

Located in a very secure and gated marina, our houseboat is just minutes away from downtown Bostons' most popular attractions; Fanueil Hall/Quincy Market, the North End, the New England Aquarium, the Children's Museum and the Boston Convention Center. Our convenient location makes it easy for you reach points of interest.

Please note we charge a $59 damage waiver that covers you for accidental damage up to $1500. Homeaway calls this an administrative fee. Rates differ per season. Put your dates in for the accurate quote.
Travelling nurses please note. We rent our houseboats from November 1 to March 1 for $1500 per month plus electricity.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The houseboat was so cute and such a fun place to stay during our long weekend in Boston! It was in such a convenient location for visiting all the different things we wanted to see, plus all the nearby restaurants and shops were great. The host was also very communicative and even helped us by letting us drop off our luggage a bit early so we didn't have to drag it around with us! Would absolutely stay again, it was such a lovely experience!

Ideally located! A quick ferry to Long Wharf and the Blue Line. Air conditioners were a welcome bonus, even on the water, the area was warmer than I remembered. The burners, fridge and microwave made for a functional kitchen. Washer and dryer were small, but serviceable. Access to the shower house and app operated laundry mat made it perfect, even for 3 adults and 3 kids.

This was our first time staying on a houseboat. All four children have informed me that anytime we go on vacation now we have to stay in a houseboat. This location is absolutely awesome. The neighbors, many of whom live there in House boats of their own full-time were very kind and welcoming. Many neighbors had their own dogs, which was nice because we had our dog Pickles. The roof deck on the house is a nice touch. The outside patio deck was awesome, the experience of being on the water is amazing.I find very often with hotels you have some neighbor who is getting in late at night and slamming their door and being inconsiderate. Sometimes in a hotel you hear people talking in the hallways. We experienced none of the hotel noise and inconsideration staying on this houseboat. Quiet hours started at 10 PM. I did not hear anybody being loud at all any time of the day while we were there. The whole experience was calming, and I’m inclined to agree with my kids, every Future stay will be on a houseboat. Next time we come back to Boston if we are fortunate enough to find this house boat available, we will book this houseboat again.

We had an amazing stay on this houseboat.. truly one of the most unique and relaxing experiences. It had absolutely everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home. The setting was so quiet and peaceful, which was a perfect escape after busy days exploring Boston.Parking being included for a small fee was a huge bonus (anyone who knows Boston knows how rare that is), and from there it was an easy walk to the T, ferry, and bus, making getting around super convenient.I was a little nervous about staying on the water since I tend to get motion sickness, but I didn’t feel a thing the entire time. Honestly, it was a dream stay.. and we’ll definitely be back!

Our girls group enjoyed staying on this house boat. The marina is well situated to visit nearby attractions. Also, we had no trouble scheduling an Uber to pick us up from this location. The marina was safe as entry and exit was accomplished with a key fob. Also, we found the setting to be very peaceful and serene after a busy day in the city.

Wonderful location that is steps away from the freedom trail, harbor walk, and lots of the best places to visit in Boston—although the house boat is so comfortable you just might find yourself sleeping in and chilling out in the fully air conditioned and sleep inducing interior while door dashing in some tasty local eats (via a 2 minute walk to the closest pickup point).
