We very much enjoyed staying in the yacht in Charlestown. The location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the bus line which we used to get back and forth to the subway. Jon and Karen were super communicative even giving us a lengthy list of suggested restaurants. Sherrie was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the baked breakfast items and juices/milk she left for us. We will definitely look to book the Green Turtle II again when we come back to Boston!

What a great place to stay. Sitting up on the top deck in the evening was fantastic. The hosts left coffee and some muffins for us along with a few other things. Suzanne did the check in and was fantastic.

Great location. Great hosts. A unique alternative to hotel stays. Close to everything but after a long day of walking in the city, just a ferry ride away to a summer retreat of relaxation on the water.

I reserved the Green Turtle for out-of-town guests over Memorial Day weekend and will do so again. They will thrilled to stay on the water their first time visiting Boston and found the boat comfortable and restful.

What a fun stay! We were in Boston for a concert and wanted to stay some where different instead of a boring hotel room. This stay was exceptional. The boat is a classic yacht in beautiful condition. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the rear outdoor deck enjoying the weather and beautiful marina views. I would definitely book another stay. Owners were great communicators. We were met and shown the boat and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

A unique stay in a beautiful locationWe really enjoyed our stay and loved the experience of staying on a yacht rather than a traditional hotel. The marina was beautiful, and the location was fantastic. The ferry made getting into Boston easy, and Lyfts were readily available, making transportation very convenient.The hosts were wonderful communicators and made check-in easy. They were also very generous with coffee, pastries, juices, and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.Our main concern was the overall condition and upkeep of the yacht. It has a lot of character and charm, but there is noticeable wear throughout. The dinette cushions are quite worn, there were 3 fans that were very dusty , and several fixtures and furnishings could use maintenance or updating. There were also non-working lights and exposed wiring in the forward cabin that we feel should be addressed. The mattress in the forward bedroom was quite worn and uncomfortable, and there was a persistent diesel smell during our stay.That said, we genuinely loved our stay. The unique experience, beautiful setting, location, and wonderful hosts made it a memorable part of our trip.

Father Daughter trip

The boat was very spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor spaces and views from the harbor. The location was great as well and easy commute to all the sites we wanted to see and activities while visiting. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had overall very good stay. Jon responded quickly to a maintenance issue and fixed the problem before we returned from a day out. The location is great and the atmosphere around the marina was very enjoyable.
