Our "NEWLY REMODELED" 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features only the very best in technology, comfort, class, and convenience. We strive to make our condo the one you come back to year after year. We visit the condo several times a year to make sure it is well kept, do deep cleanings, and keep it in great shape! We only own this one condo, so we strive to make it one of the best! But you don't have to take our word for it; read our Guest Comments!

You will be impressed the moment you walk in the door. Floor-to-ceiling windows/doors in every room allow a magnificent view of the breathtaking Emerald Coast shores and downtown Destin. Walk in closets with extra hangers, crown molding, and silent ceiling fans in every room are just a few of the features that set our condo apart from others at Silver Shells.

Master suite features a king bed and master bathroom. Guest bedroom has a king bed and living room provides a queen sleeper sofa. The mattresses in the bedrooms are of high quality and we personally picked them out to assure our guests are at their greatest comfort.

Only the best in technology is offered. The living room has a 65 inch curved HD smart TV and master bedroom boast 42" plasma flat screen television, while the guest bedroom offers a 30" plasma flat screen TV, along with DVD/VCR/CD players in every room. The living room is also equipped with a premium surround sound system.

How far away is the beach?

SILVER SHELLS RESORT IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH; THERE ARE NO STREETS TO CROSS! We are located in the St Lucia Bldg.

Are there activities for kids?
Silver Shells sits diagonally across the street from Big Kahuna Water Slide Park, as well miniature golf and an amusement park for toddler sized children! The Resort also boasts a kiddy pool and small playground.

How close are you to shopping centers and restaurants?
Approx. 5-10 minute drive to both upscale and outlet stores. Wal-Mart is directly across the street. Ruth Chris is open and located on property. Other restaurants are in walking distance as well.

Wonderful Destin property

One of the best condo resorts I’ve stayed at in Destin. Great property only minor annoyance is the key fob for all the different gates through the property to access different areas, if it could be incorporated into the wrist band wound be easier. But this place is a 10.

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. The beds are beyond comfortable. Our family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great views off the large balcony, well-manicured and clean property grounds, incredible pool, expansive beach, great place for families and kids of all ages. We loved this for our family. We vacationed with 12 other families and everyone had something to do. Restaurants within walking distance. Pool was awesome and the beach was fabulous. Our host was great at answer the couple of questions that we had. Highly recommend!!!

June getaway

Fan didn’t work in family room, a few lights were burned out & the ice maker did not work but overall it was as described & a great place to stay. Clean & cheery. Great location. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo.

We are very sorry you had these problems during your stay. We depend on our cleaners to make sure That all lights are checked and in working order. This problem has been resolved. The fan in the living room has been fixed and all bulbs have been checked. The ice maker has been replaced.

WONDERFUL CONDO!

Great location, clean, comfy beds - you can't ask for much more when you're on vacation! The entire resort is perfect for families! Large pool, right on the beach (private beach - which is KEY!), pickleball courts (which our group was on daily), basketball, indoor workout facility, parking - they have everything right there! We also recommend renting a cabana for the week - we shared one with 3 other families and it was so nice being able to keep pool and beach stuff there and have snacks etc plus a private bathroom! The owner was very responsive with any questions! We would definitely stay again!

We’ve been coming to The panhandle 30yrs++. We just left Navarre Beach April 20th renting a poorly maintained condo- Vrbo, so we were skeptical. But to our surprise it was beautiful!! Perfect and comfortable! The resort itself was amazing. It was a walk to the pool and the beach, but doable. Met my daughter’s family with grandkids. They loved their condo as well & will return !!

Amazing! Quiet! Beautiful and relaxing!

This property is beautiful! It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only ones there. The beds were so comfortable. The view from the balcony is so pretty. We enjoyed the full kitchen and made good use of the laundry facilities. The heated outdoor pool was great! Perfect for the windy cool (high 60’s) days we visited. The kids loved the beach and it was so nice to have the beach chairs available and a few toys to play with. We loved the proximity to the Back Porch and the Candymaker store. A dedicated covered parking space was a plus. Really, we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. It was so easy to be there. My only suggestion is to make recycling available. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

An amazing condo. Just perfect!

The condo we stayed in was beyond what we expected! Everything was perfect! The owner keeps the condo immaculate. When we arrived we didn't have to worry about runnning to the store right away. They provided us with the essentials to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. And more) Everything was super clean. The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful! I could have just sat on the balcony all day watching the clear turquoise water! The beach is to die for at this location. Dealing with the owner was super easy. He made the booking and the details easy. He was easy to get ahold of and prompt with any questions I had! I will be there next year! In the same condo! Thank you!!!

My husband and I stayed about mid-October 2023. Jim and his sister (owners) are super nice and easy to work with. So much so, as my husband and I are electronically challenged and Jims sister, during a family gathering, interrupted her evening to call us and walk us thru the process. So kind. Jim is quick to respond to messages. Very accommodating. The condo is stunningly beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. We both have bad backs; mattresses were great quality. There was nothing we didn’t have, even down to a blow dryer and filtered water from the refrigerator!! I decided to utilize the jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the water shut off. Alarmed, we texted Jim. (we didn’t follow the condo instructions they provide) It’s a safety feature since the condo is on the 10th floor. We just called the number in the instructions and they reset the water. Easy peasy. Security on the grounds is top-notch! There are multiple condominium buildings; which can only be accessed if booked in it. There is a guard and arm gate that one must drive thru before even entering the property. There is an on-site gym. Small, but has quite a bit of equipment for its size. Enough to keep up on a routine while on vacay. It even had foam rollers and exercise mats! The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. My husband and I are beach people so we did not take advantage of the pools or hot tubs. Will book again!!

This condo is perfect in every way!! It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even has beach chairs! We took the beach chairs down with us and rented an umbrella on the days we needed one. The chair guys were the best I have ever seen. The grounds are clean and safe! Once you are inside the gate, no one can get in without a key fob! Even the parking garage is locked down at night! The view is gorgeous on all sides. The owners were great to work with. I am very particular about where I stay, I will definitely be back to this condo. Amazing!

We had a wonderful time this week, the condo was just like the pictures and as described. It was very clean and well stocked with the necessary items. The resort was very nice and easy private beach access which was a must! The location was great as well for evening dining, groceries, etc. We would definitely go back to this resort and condo.

We enjoyed our overall stay. The walk from the condo to the beach is short. You must wear wrist bands with fobs to enter different areas. Some of our fobs worked others didn't. However, you can enter codes to proceed through various points. The only down fall is we didn't bring a hair dryer, so make sure you do!
