Was very nice ans had everything we needed. Convenient location, couple block walk to a nice coffee shop and breakfast spot. Very quiet location and bird watching.
We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. The location was great, had everything you need in the kitchen and nice hot water for showers! Tim our host was very quick to answer a question I had! We would definitely stay here again! Excellent!!
Super easy check in, close to everything, parking was super easy. The view was nice and calming after long days of running around the city. The whole family LOVED the groundhogs that came out near the river bank each morning, such a fun surprise. they are so cute!
We had a wonderful visit for our football weekend! Great river views from the balcony and easy access to Broadway. We also spent a lot of time exploring the nearby Germantown neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Having a porch with a view of the Cumberland River was a delight! The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. I have a few suggestions. More lighting in the bedrooms. Add another dish towel. Dish rack.
Location of building was great! Great walkability to downtown! Parking was also excellent. Overall the unit was clean, but some spots were missed, such as dirty shower curtains, some mold on a shower fixture, and the patio did not appear to have been cleaned. There were spider webs and dirt on the patio. Couldn't enjoy the patio area due to the dirty condition. More lighting is needed as there was no overhead lighting and lamp lighting in rooms was very underwhelming. Overall, great location and mostly clean, but updating and some maintenance is needed. Also, please consider replacing the coach. When we sat down, we sank very low into the couch due to very tired cushions!
We traveled with friends and had a wonderful trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and the host responded very quickly. It’s only a 12‑minute walk to downtown, Nissan Stadium. We definitely plan to return to enjoy even more of what we missed the first time.
Loved our trip to Nashville. Owner was very responsive & great. Unit was a little smaller than anticipated but had everything we needed and enough space. We thought it would be a nicer walk to Broadway (lots of construction about) so didn’t end up doing that.
We enjoyed our stay. It was nice that parking was readily available and free. Walk to downtown was fairly easy but we did take an Uber one evening coming home late. Would stay here again.
Tim was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. At first my daughter wondered what I had booked since the property sits behind some construction, but we quickly realized we felt very safe and comfortable there. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the fold-down wall bed off the kitchen. The home was well stocked with large bottles of shampoo and plenty of toilet paper, and our teen loved having her own bathroom. The location was also a big plus. We were able to walk to Broadway in about 8–10 minutes, which saved us money on parking and Uber and was actually a very nice walk. There is also a white binder with local restaurant suggestions, which we unfortunately didn’t notice until the end of our trip but looked very helpful.Only small suggestions would be a little extra housekeeping attention (coffee filter left in the machine, crumbs in the air fryer, and a little dusting in corners) and a few more hangers in the closet.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property
Nashville is 'Nowville.' We've always known that, but now the rest of the world is catching on. While we live, work, play all around town -- we wanted to own something right in the heart of the action. There is always something to do in and around Downtown Nashville -- concerts, Titans, Predators, Sounds, conventions, museums, festivals. We love our Music City and can't wait to share it with you!
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location. Yes, that is why we fell in love with Riverfront Condos. Plus the gorgeous Cumberland views and the retro industrial vision we had for our unit.
