Fun in the Sun!

This Palm Desert Marriott Vacation Club property has it all! We loved the expansive and lush grounds allowing for daily walks. There are multiple pools on site for families and adults, each with a great pool bar serving drinks and food. Service in all aspects was prompt and attention to requests was thorough. We did however notice some lingering affects from CoVid-19 policies; no in room cleaning or refreshing linens during stay. For a family of 6, it can take its toll on a room for over week without cleaning. They did drop off linens for us to change if needed but no vacuuming or cleaning of surfaces. Secondly, the on-site main restaurant, The Grill, was also permanently closed at time of this review. This wasn’t a huge issue as the area is full of great restaurants. All in all we loved the property and would definitely return!

There are a lot of wonderful amenities and activities, and it sounds like you found fun things to do during your stay. Unfortunately, in many locations, Covid policies are still in effect which does impact features such as housekeeping or some on-site dining options. We do apologize for the inconvenience that caused, but hope you were able to relax and have a fantastic time nonetheless. We do appreciate you trusting our team with your travel planning needs, and hope you will consider us again!

Great resort and easy rental

Loved getting away to this resort with my family! We cooked in most nights in our kitchen, which came with ample supplies. My husband loved playing tennis at the JW Marriott facility and my kids attended the kids club most days. Madison was so nice to work with and she even checked in on us the day before check-in to give us travel tips. Would definitely book through Concierge Realty again.
