Located on one of the most charming and sought-after streets in the north of the Marais, near Arts et Métiers, this spacious 45 sqm (492 sq ft) bohemian-style studio is surrounded by art galleries, boutiques, cafés, and excellent restaurants, in a lively yet very pleasant neighborhood.

• An adjacent small office / second room, decorated with a 100-year-old desk and chair, paired with modern lighting, creating a unique and inspiring workspace.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped, including a brand-new oven, and all essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
The apartment includes:
• A bathroom with bathtub and shower head
• Separate toilets
• Washer and dryer
The space offers a warm, bohemian atmosphere with generous volumes, ideal for travelers seeking charm, calm, and character in the heart of Paris.
