Nestled within olive trees overlooking the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands, Villa Toni is a truly unique vacation home. Located in remote part of Krvavica, small seaside village outside of Makarska, the villa is an ideal retreat for those looking for peace and tranquility in natural surroundings. Villa Toni has several separate seating and entertaining areas - patios, terraces and decks, including outdoor barbecue and heated (over 30sq m) swimming pool. Hand carved stone walls and Mediterranean scents dominate the property, along with sea views and natural shade all day round. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as bright and airy living space adjacent to a newly remodeled kitchen & dining area. Gated parking can fit up to 2 cars.
