You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

The pool and garden are shared with the guests of the two other units.

While we do our best to control it, insects are part of life in Florida and may occasionally enter the apartment.

Please remember that this is a vacation home, not a hotel. If any issues arise, we will support you promptly via email, but there is no 24/7 on‑site staff.

If you are traveling with more than 4 guests, you can rent the other apartments in the building in addition to this one.
