We are Sonoma County, California natives. We both work for our family business, Pedroncelli Winery. We began visiting Tahoe Donner in the 90's with some friends who have a home here. Then another friend bought here. We were sold!
Our son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons live outside Reno--this is the perfect way to see them without invading their space...we encourage them to invade ours!
This is our second home in TD. We love it here. Winter, Summer, Spring or Fall there is no limit to the activity available just outside the door. Sometimes, though, we enjoy just staying in. Our home is the ideal place to just relax. It's what we do every chance we get. We hope you'll enjoy our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for a few reasons--number one was its seclusion. It's on a dead-end street, off and away from any busy thoroughfares. Additionally, the way the house sits on the lot we get both morning and afternoon sun--the sun gleaming through the windows just makes you feel alive. Watching the moon set while lieing in bed is also quite a delight.
Check out the path out the backdoor. It leads to a special place for meditation, or a great snowball fight!

What makes this property unique

This is the second time we've had a vacation rental, and we use them often when we travel for business. We have 14 years experience in this area. Attention to detail and comfort of our guests is something we take very seriously.
