The flat was not prepared/cleaned for us when we arrived

We arrived to a flat that: . had no toilet paper . had no bin bags . had a full dishwasher (to be emptied) . had such a dirty bathroom mat we could not use . had no working A/C The flat had clearly not been cleaned and prepared properly before our arrival. When we asked for a partial refund the agency denied. We were not treated fairly and no, we would not recommend this agency for any holiday rentals. There are better and much more cost efficient places to rent in Cowes.

Nice place for families. Just across the road from the beach and kids playground. Close to shops.

There were 8 of us so the unit was a little small but adequate. No real problems for a short stay. Across the road from the beach and a playground for little ones. Easy 5 minute walk to shops. Good location. Only problems were there was only one car space, but we managed to find street parking for the second car. It has everything you would need for a short stay. I would stay again. Would recommend it for families.

Neat, spacious and perfectly located

This apparment was the perfect size for a family, very neatly kept and in a super convenient location. Highly recommend.
