The Island House Villa Condominiums are conveniently located in Sea Palms Resort & Golf Community mid island. This spacious villa has amazing views of the lagoon and 18th fairway of Sea Palms Resort Golf Course. A perfect get-away whether you are planning a family vacation, romantic weekend or a golfing adventure. Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fill your days and nights. The Pier Village is a short drive and offers shopping and dining as well as bike and kayak rentals. Only a half mile south of the Pier Village you will find the Coast Guard Station/East Beach Access. This is a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike.

Bringing the little ones? Baby equipment is available for rent during your stay through Coastal Concierge SSI. Rental includes delivery upon arrival and and pick-up.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave extra keys on foyer entry table and return lockbox key upon your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Proof of age is required within 24 hours of booking acceptance. If proof of age is not provided, owner can cancel reservation.
Leave indoor and outdoor furniture and decor, kitchen and bathroom items as you found them upon your arrival.
