Pacifica is a lovingly maintained coastal home perfect for large groups looking to enjoy quick access to the beach and gorgeous ocean views. Ascend the foyer stairs to the second level, where guests can settle into any of four bedrooms, including a primary suite and a second bedroom with covered balcony access. Bedrooms contain a convenient assortment of king, queen, full, and bunk beds to allow a variety of sleeping options, while bathrooms feature plenty of counter and cabinet space for hassle-free morning and evening routines.



Enjoy quality time together on the third floor in the well-appointed kitchen and generous common room with ten-person dining table, large sectional sofa, several seating areas, and an enclosed sitting room. Take in the ocean breeze as you sip a cup of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on a second open air balcony with sliding door access off the main living room.



This property is ideally located just 4 minutes from a beach access point and next door to a park with basketball courts and play structure. It is a perfect home for families and groups with kiddos. For security purposes, there is one external doorbell camera installed.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house, however there is a ring doorbell on the front door facing the driveway.

Great place for family trip

The Pacifica was perfect for our annual family gathering. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and to hang out without being too close together. The kitchen was very large and very well appointed, which was great. Check in and check out were easy and we were not required to clean or wash linens before leaving as is sometimes the case.

Lots of space. The Great Room is awesome. The location is very close to the beach. A few minutes to walk there. We loved this place.

Great house for a family gathering.

My family and I spent a week at the Yellow House. We all enjoyed the open upstairs. It was a great location to walk to the beach and a park next door, perfect for a family gathering.

Great spring break family home!

Stayed here for spring break with the family and had a wonderful time. It’s only a short walk to the beach with very easy access. The layout is great…bedrooms on the second floor and kitchen/dining/living rooms on the top floor, huge balconies, partial view of the ocean. The house is very spacious and clean with lots of room for kids to run around and play hide and seek! The kitchen is top notch with everything you could possibly need on vacation. We loved it and would stay here again!

This house has a good set up. We had alot of fun. Great large room 3rd floor with sections for diffrent family members. Clean house with plenty of supplies. We where able to park in garage and park right next door.

Easy checkin, great experience

This was such a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, the pictures online actually demonstrated what each room looked like, and worked so well for my large group. The hosts were easy to work with and answered my questions quickly when booking. And the large dining table made it easy for us to share meals Together. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.

Perfect for family gatherings

I stayed at this property with my family and my brother's family - it was perfect for large groups who need lots of space. The home was clean and well-appointed with dishes, utensils, towels, etc. Very close to the beach. I would definitely go back! If you have a family member with mobility issues, be aware that there is a giant staircase to get to both levels of this home. Probably best for younger families.

This was a very nice home with plenty of room for my big family. Close access to the beach and next to a basketball court and park. Unfortunately not the cleanest but that was due to the house cleaner not the home. And we got a quick response from the management company with the few questions we had. Overall it was a good place.

Pacifica House

The house was great, the rooms were a very nice size. There are a lot of stairs to this house so be prepared. There was a few things that happened but the team answered my text and was able to fix things right away. I do wish there were a few more mixing bowls in the house. It was an easy walk to the beach just right down the road. I would rent this house again.

Nice, large beach house in Lincoln City

We had a great time and the hosts were responsive and helpful when we reached out. It is close to beach access and a small park/playground. The open floorplan with multiple seating areas on the third floor make for a nice place for larger family or friend gatherings. The property did have a few issues: The property smelled pretty strongly of wet dog and the gas range has some issues igniting properly. The bedrooms were nice and large, providing additional space to relax in privacy for larger groups.

No regrets, Lovely space!

Check in was easy, great location, lots of supplies! Large spaces and plenty of room for large groups and children. Not ADA compatible, lots of stairs to bedrooms and main living areas, but this was not an issue for us. They do need to pull out and lift up furniture and clean floors underneath. Also maybe sweep up sand from garage, there was a ton of it, and we kept dragging it in..

A quick walk to the beach

It is shorter than 5 minutes to walk to the beach! Beautiful home with all bedrooms on the main floor, with the kitchen and spacious living room and reading/small office room on the top floor. The previous renters did not clean the BBQ (yuck). We text the management to inform and we cleaned it before using it. Thank you for the bottle of wine!

Just a couple of housekeeping areas to note: 1. The outdoor grill was broken and dirty. 2. My son had to give the coffee machine a deep clean before he could use it. 3. It would be helpful for you to list something about the height of the bathtub/shower in the main suite as it was very high for me and I almost fell/tripped on it getting in and out. It was good there was a bar there to hold onto. Also, the bed in the main suite was very high and I had a difficult time getting into it. Other than those things it was very lovely and we would stay again. It met our needs nicely. When/if we needed anything it was addressed quickly. No deal breakers for us!

Not ready for renting

Wasted the first day trying to get TV to work, fireplace to work and shower door fixed. TV sound didn't work. Itrip people unable to completely fix. Shower door fell off while wife was in shower. Very dangerous situation. Repairman unable to fix fireplace. He did fix shower door. All this should have been done before our arrival. Horrible start to family vacation.

Nice Place

We. really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for all 11 of us. Well stocked kitchen, blankets, games, etc. Easy to get to beach... just about a block away for access. The stairs can be a challenge for certain people but there are handrails. The single bedroom on the top floor has a futon which is very uncomfortable and not long enough for an adult. But lots of floor space to put blankets. FYI the big blue mixing bowl in the kitchen was cracked. The refrigerator needs a replacement of the water filter. The white coffee maker is missing its basket... we used a paper filter. The propane tank for the grill on the deck was emptied while we were grilling. After some difficulty since we didn't have the code, we were able to get a fresh propane tank in the garage. The second tank was left on the deck. The windows on the upper level were very dirty and need cleaning. Had to go on the deck to see the view. Overall we loved it and would go back again.

Accommodates big group

The overall accommodation was great to comfortably host our large family with enough room to not feel squished. Good sound proofing between the rooms and floors accommodating naps etc. Some things to improve on is the “hosted experience.” We cooked all of our meals at home but didn’t have enough dishwasher pods and purchased more paper towels and TP to make it thru the days we were there. Property manager was very responsive & willing to reimburse our expense but at this price point why not just stock more of this stuff? Felt like we were being rationed. Safeway is very close and also very busy. The location is an easy walk to the beach. Note there are no sand/beach toys so bring your own for the kids. Also minimal games and toys so bring those too. Lastly, just some things that need addressing - like peeling paint in parts and a musty smell, likely the result of a repaired water leak per the manager. But we saw what looked like a mold stain on the ceiling of the hallway and the master bedroom in particular seemed to have a mildew smell. Maybe it’s a beach house thing but maybe not. Despite those needs for improvement the house was cleaned very well, no dust/cobwebs. Overall, we had a great time being with our family in a space that accommodated us well.

Spacious great location

First, this property is in a great location, wonderful layout and plenty of beds for a large group. Be aware, there are two fairly steep sets of stairs upon entry into the house. Bedrooms are on second floor, living area on third floor with nice views between homes on ocean side. We rented for 4 days for ourselves, adult children and young grandchildren. Encountered a few issues. Thermostat in living area was non functioning and being in February it was quite chilly. We contacted property management and they were friendly and responsive but it took 24 hours to fix so living in a cold upstairs for 24 hours was not the best experience. Second, the second story porch and chairs were covered in pigeon poop. Chicken wire in rafters would prevent the pigeon problem and make the area more usable. It was cleaned by property manager 2 days into our stay. Third, there is a musty smell in entry and intermittent sewer smell on the second floor. Littles changed bedrooms one night because the smell was overwhelming. It was only one night and was gone by the next morning but it was a bit off putting. Overall we loved the location. It was clean, very well equipped with a great layout. Anyone with disabilities or issues with stairs may struggle with this property.
