This bespoke loft styled town-house is newly renovated with amazing attention to detail. It will appeal to people who want to embrace everything Queenstown has to offer

DreamWeaver Blue incorporates metal and timber features which are stylishly integrated with all new soft furnishings. The whole house is feature-rich and well designed for up to eight people.

Main living area: This space is open-plan with great flow throughout the kitchen/dining area/lounge. It is filled with custom-built furniture and strikes a unique balance between comfort, style and function

Kitchen: You’ll find new stainless steel units throughout, giving the kitchen a commercial feel. It is fully equipped with everything you could need to produce a meal for eight people. Pots and pans, sharp knives, chopping boards etc are all new, as are the dishwasher, large fridge freezer, gas hob and fan assisted electric oven

Dining: This area connects the kitchen with the lounge and has a custom-built high-level bar style dining table which seats seven

Lounge: The lounge has a high-level breakfast bar which can seat up to three people. There are two couches which seat four, plus four bean bags where you can relax and watch 50″ TV. The TV has Netflix access, Apple TV, Chrome-Cast and soundbar. One of the couches contains a super-comfortable double sofa-bed. There are a selection of card and board games available

Bathroom: There is a walk-in corner shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and plenty of hanging space for toilet bags and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are included

Outdoor deck: Leading off Bedroom # 1 is an elevated deck which has stunning lake and mountain views and a table with dining space for eight (although this is tight). There is a brand new six-burner BBQ for you to use

Laundry: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, dustpan & brush and a hairdryer

Parking: The single carport is covered and access from the car-port to the front door is also undercover

Bedroom #1: This room has 1 x duo-bunk bed – (this is a single bed over a double bed (so two beds for up to three people). The room has drawers for storage for clothes and a mirror. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed

Downstairs:

Bedroom #2: This room has 1 x king-size bed which can split – (so potentially two separate single beds – you must tell us if you want this). This spacious bed is the perfect place to lay your head after a long day in the mountains. The room also has a fitted wardrobe for clothes, a full-length mirror and there is a single sofa bed

Downstairs:

Bedroom #3: This room has 1 x duo-bunk bed – (this is a single bed over a double bed – so two beds for up to three people). The room is cosy but has drawers and a fitted wardrobe and a full-length mirror
