Enjoy the exclusive amenities of the plantation including swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, miles of well-maintained bike paths through the pine trees, fitness center, nature trails, fishing piers into the bay at nicks hole as well as a kayak launch. Come and relax, enjoy our unspoiled beaches, bike the miles of bike paths, fish in the gulf or bay, collect shells, paddle board, kayak or just read a good book while enjoying the sound of the waves and seabirds. This home's ground floor provides covered parking, park grill, hot/cold shower. The home is well laid out designed for family time and tastefully decorated. The main floor includes a large open kitchen, dining, living room, enclosed bedroom, bath with walk in shower and washer dryer closet. Living room includes a large flat screen smart TV, DVD player with a DVD library, premium Paramount plus channel.
