Upgraded Villa located by the Bonifay Country Club. A Golf Cart is included.

Barrineau Place is beautifully decorated and meticulously stocked with everything you will need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The living room has comfortable reclining leather sofas and a 55-inch HDTV. The dining room table seats 6. The kitchen has everything you need for a short or extended stay and features granite counters, a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, and stainless appliances. toaster, coffee maker, blender, spices, cookware, and utensils. The master bedroom features a 42-inch HDTV, a large walk-in closet, and an upgraded shower with a seat. The second bedroom, hall bathroom, and interior laundry room can be closed off for privacy. The 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed and a desk with a computer and printer with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. A gas golf cart is provided for your use as well as his and hers bicycles. The extended lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Two separate areas for outdoor dining are provided, along with a grill. The neighborhood pool is located at the Bonifay Country Club only several blocks away. Colony Plaza Shopping Center is conveniently close by. Brownwood and Lake Sumter Town Centers are also close by. Minimum rental is 14 days, 30 days during January through March. All guests reserving longer than 30 days receive a complimentary housecleaning. No pets.

Very nice house in a great location

Have stayed at this location multiple times as it is just such a nice, comfortable, and well appointed house in a perfect location between Brownwood and Sumter town squares And easy golf cart drive to multiple golf courses. Can’t say enough good things about this particular place.

The perfect location

This clean and spacious villa is in a great central location. Less than I will call you back in about 15 minutes by golf cart to Sumpter and Brownwood Squares with great restaurants and nightly bands. Also, close to several Executive and Championship golf courses. We would stay here again!

Great Villages Location and Villa

Perfect property for exploring The Villages. We stayed for a month while we were moving to our new house in TV. This Villa was super clean and has everything you could ask for. Close to Brownwood too. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in The Villages

This rental was awesome! Everything we needed was there. All we needed was groceries and Publix and Walmart were within 2 miles. We were close to multiple recreation centers and pools and were right between Lake Sumter and Brownwood squares. Can't say enough good things about the unit. Clean, quiet and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable.

Another great week on Barrineau Place in The Villages

We had a great time at The Villages visiting family and friends. This property on Barrineau Place is a beautifully appointed home and in a perfect location between Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Also located very close to golf and recreation center. It is just as described in the property description. This is our 2nd time renting this property and will definitely be back again.

Great Place

This house was better than described. The house and contents were new or like new in a quiet setting close to everything. I cooked 3 meals a day and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cooking utensils. Also unmentioned in the description are 2 new bicycles. Someone mentioned in another review trouble with the internet or internet TV, I had no problems.

Good but not great

Kitchen was poorly equipped, master shower head was held together with 2 zip ties and a Velcro strap, golf cart needs mirrors. Other than that the bed was very comfortable, location was good and the rest of the house was well equipped.

This was the best vacation rental we have ever had, and we have rented many over the years. The house was just right; actually more like a home. Great layout and furniture and lanai. Lots of closet space and drawers. Especially wonderful to have were the extras so often lacking in vacation rentals -- plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags, hangers, towels, detergent, etc. Everything was available for a wonderful stay of 2 1/2 weeks. We enjoyed using the golf cart to go to the neighborhood pool almost every day. And thoroughly enjoyed The Villages lifestyle. Hope to rent this home again next time we are in The Villages.

We didn't stay the whole time. Only 40% of the time did the internet work. TV was internet based service that spent more time buffering and freezing than working. Penny wise and pound foolish. House was well equipped with essentials and clean. Pots and pans were unusable - warped and all scratched up. We bought a skillet to be able to cook. Garage wont fit SUV. Golf cart is quite old and backfires often. Bed is like a rock. If you prefer FIRM you'll love it.

William, I’m sorry you had issues with the property. I wish you would have contacted me during your stay as I’m very proactive and would have addressed most issues you were experiencing. I wasn’t aware that the pots and pans were warped but I would have immediately ordered a new set and had it delivered to make your stay more comfortable. My golf cart repair company would have responded promptly to address the backfiring; in fact, they are already scheduled to go to the property to look at the cart based on your complaint. Additionally, I would have called Brighthouse about the internet. I rent the equipment from them, so they would come out and fix it. Moreover, The speed should be 100 mb download which is normally sufficient for streaming on all TVs at once, but I’ll have my home watch company review them based on your complaint. Unfortunately, I can’t increase the garage size but do agree the builder could have made it bigger. Lastly, I’m sorry that the mattress was not to comfort level. The mattress is less than a year old and I chose one that was supposed to be a medium firmness to appeal to most people. I’m sorry to hear that it is too firm. Again I apologize for your inconvenience and I’m truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at one of my properties. I take pride in my rentals and enjoy offering my renters a great rental experience. Carol

Why they chose this property

Love the location. As an avid golfer, I love that the neighborhood is surrounded on all sides by golf courses. Bonifay Country Club is within walking distance and Evans Prairie CC and the new Belle Glade CC are a short golf ride away.

What makes this property unique

I feel at home when I walk in the door. Unlike many owners who subscribe to the Florida light colors in furniture, my decor is more in line with my age, dark woods, leather recliner, granite counters.
