A lovely four weeks!

The fishing pier is amazing, and oerall everything was excellent. Our only complaint, and it's a minor one, had more to do with the maintenance of the building. The poolside chairs and lounges needed cushions, and the groundskeeping (flower beds, etc.) could stand some improvement.

Great location and top-tier beds, but falls short of "luxury" with a few service and maintenance hurdles.We loved the location, gated property, pier access, and the absolutely stunning sunrises from this top-floor unit. The mattresses were also exceptionally comfortable (we're even buying one for home!), and the washer/dryer are large and nice.However, it feels more like an average rental than luxury. We hit a few hurdles:Service: Checking in on Sunday meant our missing key card and armband questions went unanswered until we visited the office Monday. Weekend support is needed.Maintenance & Cleanliness: The primary shower had minimal pressure (and we never heard back from maintenance about it), the primary bedroom ran noticeably hotter than the rest of the unit, and some electrical plugs were loose. The kitchen needed a deep clean on unused items, and cheap plastic hangers would be a nice upgrade over the old junk ones.Comfort & Noise: The building is older and noisy—we were woken up by early morning trash pickup and heard neighbors through the walls. The primary bath is cramped and furniture is dated.Acceptable for the view, but needs updating and better support for the price.
